Started flushing Khalisi #1 tonight. I looked at them when the lights came on and it had lots of nanners that popped out over night so I plucked them and ran 5 gallons of water through the pot. The other Khalisi hasn't thrown any nanners and I hope it stays that way.

Gave a feeding tonight here's what they got.

6 ml Soil A & B
0.4 ml Drip Clean
4 ml Bud XL
4 ml Liquid Carboload
5 ml CaMG+
3 g Shooting Powder

shitty bout the khalisi nanners... I dont know if its just me, but once a strain herms like that, the overall flavor of the buds seems to change... those are the breaks with testers... with the good comes the occasional issue... still though... my Khalisis I grew were pretty good smoke... nice stone, I got floral flavors... kinda like I'd imagine chewing rose petals would be like.. another had spice/pepper flavors...

Yes I believe once herming starts they focus on producing male parts and forget about the flowers. Did yours herms?

I dont believe so, but everytime something herms out, it seems to have its own flavor...not sure if its the burning of pollen, or what, but herms have their own flavor to me... I dont smoke cigarettes and have a rather good palette though... not sure how many other folks have noticed what I call the hermy flavor... but it changes the normal flavor of a strain...

Can you put a finger on the hermie flavor? Do they have a blandish flavor or something?

it is floral... and its in the background, but its distinct to me... its not always unpleasant either... just different.

Got the next round going, They sat in water for 2 days and were then transplanted into solos filled with happy frog. Everything germinated except for the Fire OG it never cracked. Still searching for that killer OG!

Next rounds strains so far.

The Convergence zone from Red eyed genetics. Really wasn't digging this plant in the beginning but it really turned out nice. Big fat dense buds that reek of sweet lemon goodness. Will go at least another 3 weeks.

Pheno #1 is still throwing nanners like crazy. I want to let it go longer but I'm not down to keep pulling nanners at this rate so ill probably pull it next friday. Pheno #2 is looking great and I have not seen one nanner from it.

That's what I always say about the candyland. I have a pack of Alcatraz OG (Hell's OG x Frisco OG) from norstar that I was gonna pop but I didn't because I was counting on that Fire OG. I've been looking at archive for a while now, I was gonna get some stuff from them at the LA cup but they didn't have a lot of selection. Id either get the Casper OG, Hell raiser OG or the Faceoff BX.
