I'm not sure how I feel about this. I have mixed perspectives. Recently I became aware of a young teen who has come out as trans and has chosen a name used by a trans individual on a popular TV show. I do wonder if some of this is fad based...searching, craving for attention, popularity.

I'm also aware of individuals truly born in a mixed up form.

Yeah, they all want the name 'Ember.' This is social conditioning AKA grooming. Gay kids get smiles and treats, 'straight kids are part of the problem' is the unstated message. Next thing you know, 'their' name is Ember.

All this talk about being treated fairly. When are trans people ever not treated fairly? The only examples I ever hear are complaints that parents won't let them groom their kids.
