Paris hilton doesn't no how to give a good BJ, i've seen that video hahaha, she's not skilled.

Dreams kick ass, i can sometimes remember them, sometimes cant ... but the ones I remember are always fun ... Some of u sounds like ur having depressing, paranoid dreams, maybe u need to recollect urselves and hav a more positive outlook and approach to life! Or maybe u have fun when ur awake so ur brain balances it out when u sleep lol ... bt maybe I'm just talking shit hahaha.

Cheers!

talk about nightmares, all night every night from 12 till about 27 yo. always the same theme. someones trying to kill me and i gotta get away. running, ducking dodging hiding, till i either get caught or legs turn to rubber, cant run anymore. lol heres the funny part, sometimes when i couldnt run anymore, i would just turn around and run backwards. then i wake up shortly after.

like i said insanity.

It seems like the vivid dreams are a recurrent theme for almost all heavy smokers who quit for awhile. At least I know I'm not the only one.
So, I'm not psychotic, afterall. :headbange

Yeah, that would do it, LOL.

I try not to go over 25, but occasionally go into the early 30s.....

Oh man i hate those dreams, whenever i know its over and i won't get away, i just close my eyes and wait for the inevitable. Scary but fun in a sick sort of way.

dreams. you are suppose to have its the body's way of a natural way of keeping you sain. studies have shown your body needs sleep or it will die. and at least 8 hr sleep.
but smoking the right amount of weed is the key .i don't smoke all the time but when i smoke i just sleep like a baby .i think its like wine drinking 2-3 bottles a day is bad
but 2-3 glasses a day is good for you. that's why good strong properly grown organic weed where you do not need to keep smoking joint after joint unless you are very ill
and need relief .i have to take Oxycontin for pain .but a balance of the two help me not take so much pain meds .

yes, vivid dreams here also. sometimes a little tired, nap on the couchy feelings. starts 2-3 days after stopping, and lasts for about 3-4 days after that, then gone. and if i last more then a month or two, down the line i will get a smoking dream (or a dream of being stoned!) once this happened as much as 6-12 months later. that's very vivid, and wake up sweaty or legs jumping in my sleep and want to smoke some. stuff like that. she trying to let me remember how it felt to be high i guess. she was calling me back in my dreams!

my theory is a little different though about the vivid dreams, not that pot supresses dreams, it just activates the same centers in your brain that give you the relaxation and dreamlike/REM sleep feelings when/during your high/stoned session, so your brain/body doesn't need the dream state as much during sleep.

when you stop, the systems that create the dream state/rem hormones, etc. are reactivated, and a little stronger/burst then before until it mellows and back into the rythem of functioning in a normal manner. how about that?

Yow!
It takes me about two months to come down when I stop.
I get a weird physical feeling in my temples which I can't explain. :bashhead:
When that goes away, I'm ready to start again.

Dude, shes slept with like 50 more people since then... she has to be slightly better  but maybe she still just lets them pound that roast beef and she sits there and goes: "O, ya, harder" <- repeating over, and over again. :biglaugh:

But seriously guys, the key is not to smoke constantly... seems like a lot of you smoke all day, everyday, that shit aint good for you. Moderation is the key to the universe.

have to agree here moderation is key with anything!!! im on a hiatus aswell until next harvest and dont feel any ill affects or coming down or anything, weed actually motivates me to just wanna get shit done (god i cant let my wife know that!)

but i can smoke a blunt for 2-3 days and a joint can last me a full day. i puff periodically and dont over do it. b4 i was one of those "puff every day cause i finally found a stable dealer" types. after my first grow, i was able to gauge more, how much i need to smoke to maintain a level euphoric state.

so once i dont have anything i really dont crash or come down hard or anything. easy in, easy out :rasta:

More like 200, that bitch probably gets around. All she does is party.

Moderation is definitely good. I also always like having different strains as well as some kief/hash to limit the amount of smoke intake. Mixing things up always results in a good high

:yeahthats

-Don't drink too much
-Try to sleep on a regular schedule
-EAT RIGHT...probably one of the best things you can do for yourself...learn to cook if you have to...if you can grow, you can buy food and cook it
-Get some excercise if you're physically able
-If you're not maintaining a stable or a regular honey, you gotta march the soldier every now and then...but you already know that
-Meditate/breathe/relax/concentrate intently on nothing
-Read something that challenges your thinking machine
-Learn a musical instrument, or another one if you can already play something

A combination of a few or several of these (and MANY more) can have a regulatory, calming effect on your brain, and just might send you in a new direction you never imagined.

:2cents: ....thanks

Throughout my training in the Corps I was always extremely good at sleeping whenever the opportunity presented itself. I could sleep in Port O' shitters, creekbeds, standing against a tree, while humping(yes...sleeping while I'm carrying 90lb's and walking at a high pace). So for me sleep is easy to come by. My head hits the pillow and I'm out til morning.

My poor girlfriend however, rarely has a full nights sleep. She says she just cant get her brain to stop thinking. Constant thoughts flood her mind not allowing her to fall asleep. Which has happend to me before, usually during times of high stress or some kind of trouble in my life. Those were the worst nights ever and I cant imagine having to deal with that EVERY night.

So since I began growing her bedside is always full stocked iwth a loaded bowl to help her sleep.
:kos:
Makes me love my plants even more for allowing her to sleep a good nights sleep.
:rasta:
(damn im mushy when i'm stoned)
But my point was, that When I try to quit for a while I tend to have trouble falling asleep, and feel restless when I lay to go to bed.

You are right on.

20+ years. everyday.

when I quit, the dreams light up the sky.

but I also lately have been dreaming of flying. take a deep breath and take off kind of stuff. you have to be aware in four dimensions, looking out for trees and wires and stuff.

peace

This is a funny thread for some reason (I'm not high right now). I don't remember my dreams and I having read on this, I have confirmed to myself that most daily smokers go through REM stage at the END of sleep.

This doesn't happen to me but some people report great difficulty in waking up out of bed when they smoke a bowl right before bed the night before. You are not supposed to wake up during REM so when it is pushed back because of the weed, you find yourself in REM at say 7AM as opposed to 3-4am. My understanding of it.

Marijuana does not inhibit dreaming altogether, from what I understand.

lets all be honest here, the worst dreams ever are the ones where you are dreaming about somethign crazy ass fun or whatnot, be it your at the amusement park, or racinga F1 car etc. Then all of a sudden you wake up and go about your daily activities, brush your teeth, shower, shave, drive to work, etc....

Then all of a sudden, something really crazy out of the blue happens, like you win the lottery, or this really smoking hot chick just randomly starts making out with you...

THEN YOU WAKE UP.

Its like WHAT THE FUCK!!!! take me back!
haha
