They jabbed their children also in New Zealand? Sad excuse for parents there.

Probably gates wanting to takeover New Zealand after the pesky locals have all been killed off.

Covid is a bad, bad, mother fucker, it nearly killed me. I had it before there was a vaccine from May 2020 until Dec. 2020, spent 2 1/2 months in the hospital on a ventilator, before I left AMA only because I wasn't getting any better, thought I was doing to die anyway from it, and wanted to die in my own home around my dogs, & family. Early May of 2020, i lost my taste for one day, and thought to myself, oh, thats a symptom of covid? No other symptoms at all, and it lasted a day. Two weeks later I was I couldn’t breath, and felt like i was being drowned. 24/7 of pure hell for 7 months. Had 4 cases of sever covid pneumonia over 7 months, each lasting 30-45 days. Before this I never had more than a little cold a few times in my 60+ years. Couldn’t sleep for months, because I couldn’t breath at all if laying down, so I would get 10-15 minutes of sleep every 24 hours standing on my feet, and leaning over the bar, or sofa. Around Dec. of 2020 I started to think I might just live, lungs stared to clear, and by Jan. 2021 was back in ICU for three weeks with only 20% of my heart working. Covid destroyed 80% of my heart. I had to learn how to breath again because all the muscles in my stomach one uses to take in air, hadnt been used for so long they stoped working.

Im now fully vaccinated, and had my first booster, and had zero, zip, zilch, none, nada problems from the vaccine. From someone who has experienced this evil virus first hand, and the damage it can do, when covid gets in your lungs, you know its there to kill you. Covids only purpose to kill everything it can.

I hear some on this thread going on about with all this bullshit about the vaccine, and other then a medical reason for a few not to get vaccinated, i find it foolish for anyone not to. You may as well take a loaded gun and play Russian Roulette. For real.

Im glad to see Covid didn't take you like so many others. I hope you recover fully !!!..

Many here have been saying the same but it goes on deaf ears, unfortunately. They turned covid into a political tool trying to make any that got vaccinated look like sheep for getting vaccinated. WHAT THEY'RE DOING IS ASSININE.

If we aren't lifting ea other up regardless of your political views about Covid why come here?

Thanks man, good to see your still around doing your thing. I experienced many dreadful effects of covid, some beyond my wildest imagination, like out of some crazy science fiction movie. One was the back of both my hands splitting wide open right before my eyes in a matter of a few seconds. I was washing my hands at the kitchen sink under cool water, and as soon as I turned off the water to reach for a towel to dry them I noticed the water on the back of my hands just evaporate right before my eyes like water on a very hot surface, and then they started splitting open and bleeding. I was shocked and waiting for other parts of me to start ripping open. Totally insane. These pics were about a month after it happened, and really don't give you an idea of how bad they really were. This shit happened about 3 weeks before I ended up in the hospital the second time from that evil virus. The second time I ended up in the hospital from covid, they pulled 49lbs of fluid off my lungs the first six days I was in there. Went in at 250lbs. and six days later I was 201 lbs which I still weigh today a little over a year later.

lo carb, high fat is a proven technique to drop excess weight - i lost 25# and keep it off ... or, do like my brother and go carnivore for several months. he lost about 100# and looks great now.

That's what I did over three year period and lost 100 lbs. Now I use fat instead of carbs, don't have to worry about watching the fat or the salt intake. Got off 30 years of meds and doing great. When I went full keto I lost 25 lbs a month. Now I'm maybe 100-150 gr carbs a day and 200 lbs.

Every time I carry in a 40 lbs bag of cat food or salt or whatever I think about how I use to carry two of them around in fat all the time. Lot better on the knees too.

oh, man, read that label - do you really want to eat that? sugar is addictive, for sure. don't believe me? try cutting it out for 30 days and see if it is addictive or not.

unless one is rocking <15% body fat, any BMI >= 23 is a death wish ... no need to provide medical care, save it for the people who really need it. it is too easy to get trim and fit to cater to the selfish.

but that's just what i think, what do you think?

I see the same few posting nonsenses about covid. Nothing will change so what's the point?

Losing weight is not so easy for millions of people. I don't have that issue thankfully. Just don't eat crap all the time and don't stuff your face until you feel sick. Small portions and cut back on milk fat. I don't eat when I'm not hungry. How old you are can impact how fast/slow you lose weight. I see many eating when they don't need it. Lots of foods are addictive. The act of eating can be addictive for some
