Subject: Stanford Notes on Coronavirus
The new Coronavirus may not show sign of infection for many days. How can you know if you are infected? By the time you have fever and/or cough and go to the hospital, the lung is usually 50% fibrosis.

Taiwan experts provide a simple self-check that we can do every morning: Take a deep breath and hold it for more than 10 seconds. If you do this successfully without coughing, without discomfort, stiffness or tightness, there is no fibrosis in the lungs; it basically indicates no infection. In critical times, please self-check every morning in an environment with clean air.

Serious excellent advice by Japanese doctors treating COVID-19 cases: Everyone should ensure your mouth & throat are moist, never dry. Take a few sips of water every 15 minutes at least. Why? Even if the virus gets into your mouth, drinking water or other liquids will wash them down through your throat and into the stomach. Once there, your stomach acid will kill all the virus. If you don't drink enough water regularly, the virus can enter your windpipe and then the lungs. That's very dangerous.

Please send and share this with family and friends.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - CORONAVIRUS:
1. If you have a runny nose and sputum, you have a common cold.
2. Coronavirus pneumonia is a dry cough with no runny nose.
3. This new virus is not heat-resistant and will be killed by a temperature of just 26/27 degrees C. (About 77 degrees F.) It hates the Sun.
4. If someone sneezes with it, it goes about 10 feet before it drops to the ground and is no longer airborne.
5. If it drops on a metal surface it will live for at least 12 hours - so if you come into contact with any metal surface, wash your hands as soon as you can with a bacterial soap.
6. On fabric it can survive for 6-12 hours. normal laundry detergent will kill it.
7. Drinking warm water is effective for all viruses. Try not to drink liquids with ice.
8. Wash your hands frequently as the virus can only live on your hands for 5-10 minutes, but - a lot can happen during that time - you can rub your eyes, pick your nose unwittingly and so on.
9. You should also gargle as a prevention. A simple solution of salt in warm water will suffice.
10. Can't emphasis enough - drink plenty of water!

THE SYMPTOMS:
1. It will first infect the throat, so you'll have a sore throat lasting 3/4 days
2. The virus then blends into a nasal fluid that enters the trachea and then the lungs,
causing pneumonia. This takes about 5/6 days further.
3. With the pneumonia comes high fever and difficulty in breathing.
4. The nasal congestion is not like the normal kind. You feel like you're drowning. It's imperative you then seek immediate attention.
absolute bulshit.. the human body temp is 36-37c... you work it out.

My uncle was over yesterday. Tried to convince me it was all a hoax. It was just a cold. It amazes me people are still believing that crap. His wife told me that there’s only 16 cases in the state. Nope that was the day before. It’s tripled overnight.

Best of luck everyone, stay safe....
shelves are increasingly empty even in the big stores here.
They keep saying “don’t worry, we’ve got stock- no need to panic buy”
So why the fuck are all the shelves empty?

My child’s public school will be closed for the next two weeks. New employer from Austin TX emailed and said don’t worry about flying out. Will do orientation over the phone, and just work from home until further notified. Friend working for the state Gov in CA claims that a full state lock down is being seriously discussed on several levels and may get called into action in the next 24 hours.

The school and job thing is 100%, how well informed my circle of friends are will be discovered shortly.

Denver moves to limit police contact with public
Denver police will limit contact with the public when possible in order to limit the spread of coronavirus, the mayor announced Friday.

Mayor Michael Hancock said residents with low-level complaints would be directed to make them online or over the phone "to further reduce person-to-person interactions."

"To be clear, this change will not impact the dispatching of officers to high-priority emergency incidents," he said.

In a statement, the city said low-priority reports could include a property crime that previously occurred, theft, vandalism, lost property or identity theft. It said the policy would begin "immediately on a small scale

Just went out and got some in so crisis averted but still.
The shop was pretty much ransacked, glad I didn’t need toilet paper or dry food goods because they got nothing.

Here in Toronto the government said to limit gatherings at 250 people.
Girlfriend works at one of the Casino’s in housekeeping on the gaming floors and says that there’s probably a couple of thousand most nights.
Chinese are the most popular people there as they love to gamble.
Just waiting for her to get some symptoms and bring it home.

If what they are saying about keeping your throat wet, so the WuFlu slides down past your windpipe (and into your lungs), the crap will keep going and hit your stomach. Acid kills it then... that is their story.

I have been using a throat spray I get from some folks in UT. It has been the difference between me coughing dry, uncontrollably from throat irritation, and not. Wonderful stuff. I add some LDM-100 so I get medicinal goodness. This stuff has a cane alchohol base, and you can feel the alky evaporate. Not good nor bad to swallow.

If alky kills WuFlu, and we want to keep our throats wet anyways,

Why not wet them with alky, and let it kill the WuFlu on the way down???

Mr. Gray Wolf used a term when describing a little ethanol left in oil, a word I had never heard before. It seems appropriate in this case:

Mr. Nirvana, if this is a patentable idea, or otherwise worth money for saving mankind, keep the money and use it for a faster server.

Trump will get there too, and lock down the entire country, but i’m sure lots of cities and states will do it first. The quicker he locks down the country, the faster we will get through this. Since trump is such an incompetent coward, I’m guessing we get to a million infected before he pulls the trigger. We are currently at 2500.
