Consequences And Reprocutions Of My Bust 3 Years Ago...

If a person is not aware of what's happening in the world as we speak, does that make him immune from the inevitable consequences?

Every single day I read hundreds of news articles and thousands of comments, from individuals of all walks of life. That is how I know what I know. Disregard my warning at your own peril.

It is interesting to watch the economy collapse. it's a wierd world when the US gov. says unemployment is 6.6% and we know it's more like 20 or 25%.

And the US gov. ways inflation is 2% ... we know it's 10%+.

Just from pricing hamburger, or 50 pound bags of bird seed, seems like inflation is 17%+. I buy the bird seed for my chickens so I know exactly how much it's gone up.

Ironic thought - maybe the US gov. will include Cannabis in the Consumer Price Index ? They seem to like to manipulate the CPI down, and Cannabis prices are generally declining.

glad somebody else sees that shit NO tin foil hat here but those unemployment numbers are way off they just don't want people to panic just like its a great recession when we all know it was/is a depression don't know why they just don't tell the truth though its not like American citizens will rise up in arms we're too happy with our 60 inch flat screens and xbox ones big suvs etc etc much to comfortable to ever really do anything about it.

I still remember the plastic kitty litter bucket of Sweet Pink Grapefruit clones I got from some guy next to the burger joint in the parking lot. Wish they were delivered in the twin turbo wagon.

Hope all is well.

hey Krunch,
hang in there, as you more well than know already, time will pass and it will be all over soon. i was raided about the same time as you, in the heart of the triangle. i had 2 lights 15 plants and a total of about 8 pounds processed. they weighed the dirt, the bins , the jars and the bags and charged me with 76.6 pounds.the judge 3 years later told the only witness for the prosecution the officer in charge, that contrary to their reports and charges she could only find 16.3 pounds total including the unprocessed and trash from the compost pile.
rather than dismissing the charges she corrected the math and i ended up with the same sentence as you and spent 30k getting there. worst of all i was the vice president of a patient collective(not a dispensary) which was at the time with the knowledge of the county and the state applying for the proper permits to open a "legal dispensary" in the area. i paid my taxes, owned my property, ran a legal non-profit, and still paid a heavy toll for trying to follow the rules and guidelines.
the first attorney i talked to quoted me by the pound. priced at a flat rate $1000 each charged with 76 pounds, he said hed give me a deal and only charge me 65k ,i wouldnt serve a day and all charges would be dropped. i couldnt believe it...what a racket...
i chose another attorney and since it was both me and my ex wife who were charged both her and my attorneys cost me 30k over the next 2 yrs of my life. 3 yrs of probation, community service and a myriad of fines. i learned the hard way that the law is interpreted by those who enforce it , not those who follow it. there is nothing legal in all of this when they are at your door with body armor, battering rams, machine guns, and warrants. they will throw the book at you if they feel like it. my heart goes out to you and yours...
i ended up spending the weekend in jail, but what did i do when i got out?
i fucking replanted and put in a third light...lol.... life goes on!
best of luck to you in your future,
j.d.

I think that feeling is dependent on how many total felonies you have now racked up and if you still have bad memories of doing years in prisons.

Judgment Liens on Property in California

In California, a property lien can be used to collect a court judgment. Here's how it works.

In a civil court case, after a judge or jury hands down a verdict -- or after a court-approved settlement -- a judgment is entered by the court. As part of a typical judgment, the court orders the payment of money from one person to another. But the person who owes the money (the debtor) doesn't always pay up. A judgment lien is one way to ensure that the person who won the judgment (the creditor) gets what he or she is owed. A judgment lien gives the creditor the right to be paid a certain amount of money from proceeds from the sale of the debtor's property.

So, how do judgment liens work in California?

What kind of property is subject to a judgment lien under California law?

In California, a judgment lien can be attached to the debtor's real estate -- meaning a house, condo, land, or similar kind of property interest -- or to the debtor's personal property -- things like jewelry, art, antiques, and other valuables. (In some states, judgment liens can be attached to personal property only.)
How does a creditor go about getting a judgment lien in California?

To attach a lien to real estate, the creditor can take or mail the abstract of judgment to the county recorder's office in any California county where the debtor owns real estate now, or may own it in the future. For personal property, the creditor files a Notice of Judgment Lien with the California Secretary of State, or serves the debtor with a notice of a debtor's examination.

How long does a judgment lien last in California?

A judgment lien in California will remain attached to the debtor's property (even if the property changes hands) for ten years.

Keep in mind: In California, a creditor's ability to collect under a judgment lien will be affected by a number of factors -- including a fixed amount of value that won't be touchable if the property is the debtor's primary residence (called a homestead exemption), other liens that may be in place, and any foreclosure or bankruptcy proceedings. If things get complicated, you may want to talk with an experienced California bankruptcy and debt attorney to help you sort out any lien issues.
Where can I look up California law on judgment liens?

If you want to go right to the source and look up California laws on judgment liens -- maybe you're a party to a judgment, or you're just researching potential encumbrances on property -- the relevant statute(s) can be found at Cal. Civ. Proc. Code sections 697.310, 697.340. For tips on looking up California state laws, check out Nolo's Laws and Legal Research section.

Sorry to hear about this Krunch. Hell you are a good growier just focus on the grow and take care of this little shit and you will be fine. Don't let it stall you and move on.

I have to agree that the economy is screwed as well. Think about it we are at 15 plus trillion in debt and adding another trillion plus a year. What happens when people stop buying debt because they get no intrest for the use of their money. Intrest rates go up is what. And one percent of 15 trillion that is 150 billion. And what kind of fit happened when they tried to cut less than 100 billion from the budget.

So to balance the budget you need to cut a trillion in spending and add intrest paymensts. What happens when the intrest goes to 5% and we have to pay 750 billion and cut 1 trillion as well. That is what the intrest was just a couple years back.

Anybody who can't see these simple numbers and what it will do is blind, ignorant, or just real real stupid.

I'm sorry to hear of your misfortune but if you are serious about your financials I would like to suggest anybody read "The Creature From Jekyl Island" by G. Edward Griffin (Griffon maybe). Its a synopsis of how the banking system came to be & how it has been corrupted to keep the fruits of YOUR labor. An excellent book, imo.

Personally... I'm with the give em the finger crowd... But I also realise you are a big boy and will make your own decisions. I don't recall you asking for advice.

Good luck.

Sounds like another idiot who whose rotten, irradiated corpse will be picked at by buzzards after reality bitch slaps his ass.

It's cute that you, in your profound ignorance and naivete, think this is a joke.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody hears it, did it fall?

If a person is not aware of what's happening in the world as we speak, does that make him immune from the inevitable consequences?

Every single day I read hundreds of news articles and thousands of comments, from individuals of all walks of life. That is how I know what I know. Disregard my warning at your own peril.

Of course the system is broken and corrupt and none of the numbers make sense....but if people stop believing it works is when shit will hit the fan. Do you really want the system to fail? Are you living completely off the grid and able to produce and store enough food to feed you and your family? Can produce your own electricity and have and live by a natural spring? Have a doctor living in the house? I don't ....I happily go to the grocery store every week and stock my fridge. I am not ignorant to the problems that exist but I am also aware that this system has evolved into what it is today and provides a way for me and my family to live comfortably. Too many paranoid scitzo's read shit on the internet and then come back calling everyone sheep. When in fact you yourself are a sheep basing your beliefs about COMMENTS on forums and blog posts from other people. Be humble in your ideas about the world because it is nice to think that we know more than others about the world - but usually we are wrong. *looks for my tin foil hat*.LOL YOU are the last person that should be lecturing anyone about reality. Fixed that for you.

Do you really want the system to fail?
Yes.

Are you living completely off the grid and able to produce and store enough food to feed you and your family?
Yes.

Can produce your own electricity and have and live by a natural spring?
Yes.

Have a doctor living in the house?
No, but I do have two nurses, lots of different kinds of medicine (including antibiotics), and tons of medical books. And more importantly: I have silver, and trade skills that ensure I can produce value to trade for the skills of a real doctor, if needed.

I don't ....I happily go to the grocery store every week and stock my fridge.
And you will happily continue doing that up until the day everything goes to total shit. When the trucks stop running, that grocery store will be empty in three days. When disaster strikes, that grocery store will be empty. After that, you will simply die a slow death from starvation. If you're lucky.

Here's some pictures from just a few days ago which shows what always happens when a SMALL unexpected disaster occurs somewhere in America:

I am not ignorant to the problems that exist but I am also aware that this system has evolved into what it is today and provides a way for me and my family to live comfortably.
And if you believe it will continue this way indefinitely, that makes you the very definition of a blind lemming who is sleepwalking right off the cliff.

Too many paranoid scitzo's read shit on the internet and then come back calling everyone sheep.
And then there's people like me, a genius with an IQ of 140+, who is literally more well informed about the world, the country, and the direction we're headed in, then 99% of humankind. (That's a conservative estimate, BTW.)

And then there's people like you.

When in fact you yourself are a sheep basing your beliefs about COMMENTS on forums and blog posts from other people.
I am one of the most well read, and well informed persons on the planet.

If I'm an uninformed "sheep" (LOL) what does that make you?

Be humble in your ideas about the world because it is nice to think that we know more than others about the world - but usually we are wrong.
Except I'm not wrong. What I just told you is the truth.

“The most dangerous man, to any government, is the man who is able to think things out for himself without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane and intolerable, and so, if he is romantic, he tries to change it. And even if he is not romantic personally he is apt to spread discontent among those who are.” – H.L. Mencken

“God who gave us life gave us liberty. And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are a gift from God? “And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! "A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.

The average age of the world's greatest civilizations from the beginning of history has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, these nations always progressed through the following sequence: From bondage to spiritual faith; From spiritual faith to great courage; From courage to liberty; From liberty to abundance; From abundance to selfishness; From selfishness to complacency; From complacency to apathy; From apathy to dependence; From dependence back into bondage." -- Alexander Tytler

“The common man is unjust, but not on principle; he is selfish, but is incapable of the imperative. He lacks any sort of honor, and will submit to any humiliation rather than revolt — it is always leader natures who revolt. He gambles in the hope of winning, and if he loses, he whimpers. He would rather live on his knees than die on his feet. He accepts the loudest voice as the true one. He follows the leader of the moment — but only so far, and when the leader is eclipsed by a new one, he points out his record of opposition. In victory he is a bully, in defeat he is a lackey. His talk is big, his deeds small. He likes to play, but has no sportsmanship. Great thoughts and plans he castigates as “megalomania.” Anyone who tries to pull him up and along the road of higher accomplishment he hates, and when the chance offers, he crucifies him, like Christ, burns him, like Savonarola, kicks his dead body in the square in Milan. He does not care if his countrymen are spilling their blood as long as he is secure. He is everything mean and unheroic, but he lacks the mentality to be Iago or Richard III. He has no access to Culture, and, when he dares, he persecutes anyone who has. Nothing delights him more than to see a great leader fall. He makes up the constituency of all parliaments everywhere, and he invades all councils-of-war to advise prudence and caution. If beliefs to which he was committed become dangerous, he recants — they were never his anyway. He is the inner weakness of every organism, the enemy of all greatness, the material of treason.” - Francis Parker Yockey

"It is better to be approximately right than precisely wrong."

and finally, some random dudes from the internet:

"My personal theory about people's apparent apathy is that they are too afraid and incapable of facing reality. The same phenomenon seems to occur when someone is about to lose a spouse, a close friend or relative to a terminal disease: deep down inside, they know that they're about to lose someone forever, but somehow they pretend like everything's fine and dandy... and then BAM! When their loved one dies, they're in total shock, as if they never saw it coming. They knew it, but they simply refused to accept and believe it. This is what I think is going on in our world today. Intuitively, most people probably know that we're all fucked, but they don't want to be thinking or talking about it. They would much rather focus on trivial matters, such as new ceramic tiles for their bathroom or whatever..."

"Imagine you have a brother and he’s an alcoholic. He has his moments, but you keep your distance from him. You don’t mind him for the occasional family gathering or holiday. You still love him. But you don’t want to be around him. This is how I lovingly describe my current relationship with the United States. The United States is my alcoholic brother. And although I will always love him, I don’t want to be near him at the moment."

"I don't know about other countries, but Americans are allergic to the truth. They do not speak it and refuse to seek it or even hear it. They will not stand for it. When they hear it coming, they yell and stomp in a tantrum and change the channel. Even if the Messiah came today, Americans would not recognize Him, so spoiled and corrupted are they."

"Most of the people who defend worldly living are completely and utterly supported by that system. As I have shown before, they are un-sustainable as people, and they cannot live outside of that system. Therefore the thought of the destruction of that system necessarily means that they would have to separate from it or perish. Herein lies the conflict, and here is why this will be a very emotional and confrontational area of your life if you pursue separating from worldliness at any level. Revolution is warfare. This is the revolution, and welcome to it."

Shall I continue?
