Connoisseur Genetics Seeds The 90's Haze

It really depends on the characteristics of the haze. Thin bladed heavy haze might feed differently that a wider bladed strain that has been bred with other strains. Most dutch haze i have grown is what I would consider challenging to grow. They like the right ph and nutrient levels. Some can grow so wildly they need to be flowered directly from clone.

I've been growing some mango hazes and even when flowered from clone with no veg they can grow well over 4 feet tall and out grow a 5 gallon bucket.

I have no idea what to expect from these
The sssdh is very tame considered to many hazes, it seems to be pretty dominant in hybrids so maybe it will keep these under control.

How's everybody's 90s doing?

Mine are a little over a month old, just got their second transplant yesterday. So far so good.

The way I see it...it could be Archie Bunker#5 crossed with super silver hay and if the progeny is piffmatic, then it's 90's Haze. The main objective is to preserve that frankincense trait. At the end of the day all i want is to be a priest having the garden smelling like church.

Anyone made any progress with theirs yet? Mine are still in veg, I'm waiting to take cuts before I put them into flower. Should be soon.

I have two phenos. One is 50/50 female and male flowers (I think, I have never seen an early flower look like this) and I will very likely cull it soon, the other plant is 50/50 female and resin. This baby is FROSTY as heck for such an early plant. It reminds me of GG4; frost on the petioles, the main large fan leaves, even the main stem is frosted out. I'm super excited for this one needless to say. Both smell of lemon-lime at the moment. I'll post up a pic tonight.

Here is the frosty one I like.

Sorry its sideways, still cant figure that out with Dayzed Designs...

Frosty petioles

Frosty fan leaves almost till the tips

My cameraphone couldnt macro enough to show the suspicious looking she-male flowers on the other plant, but I trust in the experience of OJD and the others in the thread he linked and I will be keeping it (unless I see it act up). Gender confusion aside, the plant pictured above is much nicer looking thus far. It may also be mentioned that there is a weird mottling of the leaves in the confused plant; almost vaiegation or mosiac. I guess I'm saying it's bit goofy in more than one way. Lucky for us both I mentioned it earlier and OJD chimed in (Thanks again btw). Hopefully that luck will continue. I have always rooted for the underdog. I will post up a pic of confused one too. I thought I had a shot or two but upon viewing them they were inferior/blurry.

They both smell lovely, like Sprite soda pop. I'm hoping as they mature so too will the spiciness/Frankincense. I find this happens often (complexity/change of odor upon maturation)

I wonder, is the pollen recipient here the same as in the soon to be tested line with cookies? I assumed it is, but you know what they say about assuming...

Anyone finish these yet or close to it?

Let's see some pics. My first one has been in flower for a fee weeks, not much to show just yet, my second one just went into flower today.

I have two going still, I'd say just nearing the final lap.

One is a bit squirrelly, like I mentioned earlier, and had been since the get go. This was the one I was going to toss due to single male flowers in the early buds, but OJD's advice convinced me to keep it and no male influence furthered. Good call on that one sir. The other frosty one looks great. It appears as though I underestemated their food needs a bit, but aside from mild malnutrition they look like nice plants. I fed em like hazes, doh. They needed more. SSSDH leaners, both, at least as far as I can tell. Both smell of lemon lime soda. Big ole buds. But, bring on the frank!

I'll snap a few shots.
