That is cool and all but if the changes that are really needed ie anyone who wants to use cannabis should be able to grow just not sell how much money is there really left in r and d considering over 70 years ago there were over 5000 know uses for cannabis hemp and cannabis's is only worth the money it gets now because its a black market commodity. I can state with good confidence that in my 9 years as a licenced personal use production grower It has never cost me close to $400 to produce a pound , and when the growth rate of cannabis is taken into fact it is actually the quickest and cheapest plant on the planet to grow as it can grow nearly anywhere and does it fast. I think personally if the only real money in R/d for whole plant cannabis that will make any money is more efficient growing methods as far as breeding there are already so many quality breeders out there I see that market as dog eat dog. But just my opinion.
