Wild Type Tabitha v1.1
Tropical Landrace NLD x (Tropical Landrace NLD x Sativa Dom Hybrid)

the tall expressions are still stretching one is almost to my chest now, the buds are starting to fill in some, they still have yet to really put on much smell.

the short expressions are getting sweeter and sweeter and more pungent by the day... and they recently started putting on visible resin.

the Anomaly, is slowly doing her thing... last time I got any aroma, her stem smelled like yellow mustard... I told you she was wierd.

These two specimen are hyper slow to flower... @ 42 Days Flowering...

thanks Kal,

the future is the past, from my perspective... the old stuff is where we will find truely new stuff. The current mainstream hybrid market is far to homogenized for my liking, so I hope to maybe be a part of that change.

and yeah, exciting times ;) ;)

The current mainstream hybrid market is far to homogenized for my liking,

You know, this is exactly what I was saying today to a friend but was referring to food..

I'm of the same opinion when it comes to cannabis, far too much regurgitated crap floating about. There are a few that are doing fine work though. Looking forward to what comes man..

Tabitha v1.1 buds
Tropical Landrace NLD x (Tropical Landrace NLD x Sativa Dom Hybrid)

So I transplanted all except the wild types (because they are still stretching out) into 2 gallon containers... and while I was doing that I figured I would snap a few pictures since they have started stacking (relatively o'course) and the short phenos are starting to get resinous (just starting to)

Tall Expression @ 45 days- starting to fill in better and faster than I thought it might but still no resin yet... they only smells I get are when moving the plant and its branches around and smells of citrus, pine forest and cat piss but when I rub the buds I dont smell anything or just a faint cocoish sweet musty haze smell.
picture.php

Short Expressions @ 45 days The leaves and calyx are starting to form capitate stalked trichs full of sweet exotic resins, but with the amount of leaf/pistil it was very hard to get a clear shot of the trichs without a macro lens so I figured for now the bud structure would be more interesting

I admire you Infi for being able to grow & work these long flowering land race genetics !!! :tiphat:

i guess i'm to much of a commercial grower to grow anything that needs longer than 10 weeks . 70 days is max i can go on a turn around , otherwise bills & cash runs kinda short by next harvest . had to take the MKU down a week to 10 day early cuz of bills needing to be paid & it really kinda pisses me off !!! but , i gotta do what i gotta do right ??? :shucks:

dude you have no idea,

when I look around at where I am at fiscally... and the size/production of my gardens. I somethimes wonder... cause I could have stopped popping seeds years and years ago after my second pack that I ever grew... and would have had a nice little collection of my own cuts I could have started monocroppping the shit out and be ballin' right now.

phenohunting and breeding has costed me a lot in terms of what else I could be doing in the space and the payoff from the space, but in the end it has opened doors to opportunities that never would have been otherwise, so i guess in the end the trade off costs will have been worth it.

the tikal are 5 weeks in, I'm about to go take pictures that i will post in my thread.

I totally feel you with taking a different path with cannabis. I don't make any money off my room, it costs lots to keep this hobby going for me but i believe in the end i will be happy with my choice to experiment and build skills.
Hopefully they will translate to supporting me one day, but regardless it has already brought me happiness now.
