I also put 6 more CritHaze's in flower yesterday. 6 in 6 out every 4 weeks r so is my plan of attack. Gonna build some wing reflectors as well just for winter n then use cooltubes in summer. Vert is not most suitable for my application. Yields were higher with cool tubes. If only i could remove my cooltube glass...

Switched back to cooltubes yesterday no mas vert shananiganz. Ballasts wouldn't fire bc I thought they were too cold but it turned out, (i discovered few hours later), that the bulbs weren't screwed far enough into socket... DOH!! Stoner boner maneuver...

Threw a humidifier/vaporizer in the flower room n switched light cycle to 11on/13off. Dj short recommends it n i'm gonna give er a try so we'll see...

'sall good, Stabone. I did the same sh*t, but mine resulted in a trip to the garden center to return the brand new bulb. Then they tried it in one of their ballasts, and SHAZAM it works.

So I went home and tried it again, no worky.

Take it back to store, SHAZAM.

Go back home, screw it in with a little more OOMPH, and HEY IT WORKS

Another trick I use is dipping the plug in a bucket of water JUST before I plug it into the wall - helps to secure the bulb in the socket, y'know..

Also, if things don't seem "right" when your bulb fires up, try spritzing it with a little water. Sometimes they just need to be cooled down a little before they'll work properly.
