What amendments are you having trouble finding?

I had trouble locating "dolomite lime" a couple years ago & just left it out, probably had ph issues, but was clueless. Worst part was I asked @ many locations getting the confused look, "why would you need that stuff in Colorado?!" (I am totally legal, but cannot get some of the paranoia out of my system...)
I found "dolomite lime" this season at the Wheatridge Wallmart ; now, get this, I forgot to use it in my most recent batch. Getting a crash course in ph control @ the moment...

Why not go to Way to Grow you should have no problem at all finding Dolomite Lime or any Grow Shop for that matter. Walmart is shit when it comes to getting grow supplies and i will never buy any grow supplies from a walmart........... but thats completely up to you at some point you will get over your paranoia

Way to grow should have it for sure if you're in Denver. Walmart's good for random equipment, like spray bottles but never food for plants!

Definitely looks great. I'm not a huge fan of the Chems (OG, Sour D, ChemDawg) because they stale quickly unless kept in the freezer. Also, despite their frostiness and good looks, the yields are rather low. And I'm more of a Sativa-dom hybrid kinda man. That said, I always wanted do try an OG run and this is my very frist try with em.

here's the journal I'm currently maintaining if interested:

Both my Chemdawg D an Chemdawg Sister are good yielders. Not to mention they just crush everybody.

I'm getting at least 50% of my necessities from Vitamin Cottage nowadays - they carry the buffaloam an neptune's harvest lines there, plus aloe Vera, and a bunch of the botanicals I use.

Harvesting seed? When seeds are well-formed and colored (brown)

Ya I wasn't sure if I needed to let them go that long. Or once cut if the majority would ripen up and be ready for picking. Have 3 20 gallon Colorado Hong Kong's knocked up by Dr.P's Sonic Fly x Agent Orange and only have two more weeks til I gotta move. Plants are 60+ days of flowering so I'm hoping it's about time.

Should be about ready - some will still be immature, but if the majority look hood, you can take em

Seeds mature 32 days from pollination, but feel free to leave them longer if you like.

Thanks guys, I'm going to try and figure out exactly how long the boys and girls were together.

Most of the hairs on the HK are all brown red, I can feel the formation of the seeds but they are still covered up and are green on the inside. I'll let them go a few more days before the chop and finish of my last two bog plants, a Sour Boggle and Sour Lifesaver in the meantime.

9/10 this is correct but for something as basic as Dolomite Lime or Bone Meal, and certain pesticides, Walmart is acceptable, they also carry fountain pumps and other misc equipment below the msrp of home depot or lowes, which can help people when starting out, and you'll be hard pressed to find meaningful differences between say, extension chords bought at walmart, and those bought at hardware / grow stores. Feel bad about supporting an evil corporate giant? Then steal a bit, that's why they created self checkout and those little shelves below the cart.

I'd never shop for groceries there, but i'll keep coming back for mason jars
