what counties were those people in who were arrested for being over the 3/3 even though they had a doctors not for more plants

I have heard stories from others who claim law enforcement respected their increased plant limits. Of course it was a friend of a friend, so who knows

Yeah, I heard in BoCo they are ok with the increased plant counts, but maybe not in other parts of the state...

This was in Adams County.

They didn't destroy the grow because "IF" it's actually legal, they would be financially responsible for any damages incurred after the court case is settled.

Re-read what I wrote, I said they SEARCHED every part of the house EXCEPT the growroom. Even went so far as to tear holes in walls looking for shit.

If they didn't search the grow, how did they come to the charges of cultivation with intent to distribute, without the evidence from the grow room itself they wouldn't have a leg to stand on with those charges.

Something else is missing to that story.

Ya it is picky, blamed it on recycling my soil but I believe it is what you stated. I only fed her guano teas so I am going to try some fox farm or cutting edge solutions next round to see if it helps her out. What did you use for your phosphorous and calmag? I added dol lime to the soil but not sure if it helped at all.

What medium and nutes are or were you using?

Despite the deficiency she is a pungent little one. Scrogged this time but will top and let her bush out next round.

Ace

I haven't been re-using my soil, I toss it in with my compost and use it to help break up the clay for my vegie garden ;)

So I run fresh FFOF every grow, Flower is done SCROG in 5 gallon smart pots.

For nutes i'm currently running the techniflora line. Following the recipe for success most of my girls are pretty happy.

They seem to all want 1/2 dose extra of the MajiCal (cal/mag) after about week 3 of flower tho, and towards the end I feel that the recipe is a bit too heavy on nitrogen, haven't figured out what to do about that just yet.

On the Widow I had to double up on MajiCal, and also on the AwesomeBlossom (2x the full dose called for by the recipe) but if I water my other girls with that same solution I start getting lockouts.

Good luck with the next round of her!:tiphat:

You do know the difference between a full scale search and taking a plant count with some pictures, don't you?

I know someone that was raided a few weeks ago and was over their 3/3 but was under their 24 doc recommended count and they were arrested, spent 2 days in jail and are being charged with cultivation with intent to distribute. Cops spent 4 hours searching their house, searched everywhere EXCEPT their grow room oddly enough.

Ok, so here's what you wrote, everywhere "EXCEPT" the grow room, and you took the time to point out that fact after my first response.
Re-read what I wrote, I said they SEARCHED every part of the house EXCEPT the growroom. Even went so far as to tear holes in walls looking for shit.
Again re-enforcing the idea that they left the grow alone,......

Doesn't sound like a full scale search to me if they left the grow alone without even searching it.... unless of course you left out the part where the cops confiscated the entire grow in lew of searching it. :dunno:

Can you see how I"m a little confused?

I shared my buddy's story of getting raided by North Metro to point out the oddity that they would leave the grow alone since that's what your first post implies.

I'm over it already, I'm not here to start a shitstorm. Smoke a blunt and chill! :kos:

The Denver Post:

The medical-marijuana industry has been booted almost entirely from Adams County, after the board of commissioners voted to ban such businesses in unincorporated parts of the county.

Read the whole story: The Denver Post

If the damn county doesnt like the taxable side of the buiz id GTFO and find a county that DGAF like Jefferson, Gilpin, Clear Creek, but not Adams idk just my 2 cents on the matter.. .. Aurora has a Task force of cops and an code enforcment that Knock on ya door when a neighbor see's a fancy new elec box installed .. .. from personal experience screw adams co.

That's illegal search and seizure operations being performed by officers who are supposed to be there "To Serve and Protect"

Yeah, right.

Hi Dragging Hooks! :)
Man, they are everywhere out here too!! (the grasshoppers.)
I've been worried about them eating my pepper and tomato plants, (no cannabis outside this season.)

All I know is, neem definitely isn't keeping them off away. *sigh*
Not sure about cannabis, but they definitely seem to like the leaves of my veggie plants.
(...which would lead me to believe they might also chew on at least the leaves, of your plants.:dunno:)

Best of luck with them DH; the plants certainly look happy, aside from their new "friends"!:

Grasshoppers will certainly eat your cannabis! Not sure what you can do to get rid of them tho, Last year I had sprayed my outdoor grow with neem and never really had any insect problems.

Just lost my grow this year to F'n termites. Wind storm took a large branch off at ground level while I was at work,.... bugs got inside the stem and hollowed her out! :frown:

I wasn't as diligent with the Neem aplications this year tho, and had seen a grasshopper or two, and a couple holes in some leaves that could only have been those little bastards.

Guess it's a moot point now tho.

I made a adjustment to my lighting schedule to deal with the heat
from noon to 6pm all lights are off in both veg and flower areas

6pm veg comes on
midnight to noon flower is on

prior to this endless heat 6am to noon was my all off period
but I'll stick to this new schedule even after the temps go back to comfortable levels

The grasshoppers are everywhere this summer
My wife and I had sunset happy hour at the picnic table last night
and we couldn't believe how many we saw
The good news is that they didn't seem interested in the pot plant
To tell the truth the two that are in the photo I posted are
the only ones I have seen on my plant and I keep a pretty close eye on her

we should be past the rediculous heat soon though. Historically there has never been a 100 degree day this far north in the state, this late in the year. We sure will like seeing fall.....HAVE FUN!!!!!
