20% is overboard.. all you hafta promise is 5 or 8% and make sure you cant sell for 2 years.. sell the shares in 50 or 100 euro increments.. and have the company legit registered. scams are still easy.. but so long as the co is legit you can write off losses[if you pay tax]

oh the're game man, they got their money in one had the other on the phone trying to send you the money, pipedream bro. Only way this could ever happen would be for two rich people to buy or build a coffeeshop and then sell stocks you cant just start a who wants a coffeeshop fund and everyone throw in a grand or so it won't work and I see many lawsuits involved in that.

ask a bank to lend you the half a million you need to open a new coffee shop some where near the border, then pay the bank back by selling off shares. or like dank said even better a rich guy to invests who then sells the shares. but you need a driving force, some one who has more to gain then a few percent ownership, some one in fact to find the lease, get it decorated and stocked. before which he has to spend a huge amount of time chasing from one office to another bribing the right guys to even get the license in the first place. but in the end there must be a reason why there aren't more coffee shops being opened in holland, i don't think the present government is in favor of any more coffee shops. it certainly an interesting subject to chat about while passing splifs at the 420. but to get anywhere, some one would need to do some basic research first.

I'd just stick to selling hash and weed until I had that 1m in cash but yeah the idea is good just that I think it would be much easier to run a shop if there werent 10 owners, like one has all the connections, one has money, one has chairs, one knows how to make coffee and the others are good at smoking etc.
