Hey everybody!
Sorry it has been so long since I updated this thread. I have had a lot of personal things going on at home that has prevented me from getting online as much as I would like and have had no time to post. I have also been dealing with some summertime heat issues so that has been a struggle as well. It looks like I will have to chop a couple early due to my neglect. All in all things are well though and I hope to be back on the regular. Thanks to everyone for stopping by.

Chopped two Trainwrecks and a Green Crack tonight at day 42. I wanted to see how the earlier pull would affect the buzz on these ladies. The first green crack I ran was pulled at 47 days, the trainwreck 60. I am hoping for a much racier buzz from the trainwreck and just a little more head from the green crack.

Too true brother Core. I thought about this a lot over the past year when I would periodically run out of herb. Either because I had none of my own and really couldnt afford to buy as much as I like to smoke and I felt like buying eigth's and quarter's for $60 and $110 was ridiculous (especially for the herb they were trying to sell me, outdoor cali that was not soooo hot.)
So to cut to the chase. We are the lucky/enlightened/smart/fortunate ones who (because of our hard work/time spent) always have enough herb to keep us happy. And for that I am happy.. like the old saying goes..
"Weed will get you through times of no money, better than money will get you through times of no weed"
Let us know when you do a taste test of that Chomsky and the Dustin.. Would like to hear what those ladies are all about.. Keep up the hard work homie, Peace.

NorthernKronic-Hey buddy, rant away my friend! Ok, so the chomsky turned out pretty nice. I did not keep a mom and easy lost his but has more beans to pop so it is all good. She put out some fat, dense buds that turned a purple hue's with super fat calyxes. She stretched like a mother fucker though. Almost no leaf on her, it was great. The smoke was very smooth, mostly body, with a little bit of head. She is not the strongest, but good smoke none the less.
The Dustin is unique in many ways. She has been picky to grow for me and my best run with her so far was the first. Since then I have not been able to get the same smell and taste from her. The high is still there, but I am not doing something right with her to get her full potential. She has a super funky smell when done right and tastes the same. The high is a head crusher with a nice body buzz as well. It can put you in a dazed and confused state and make you keep asking yourself what the hell was I supposed to be doing? lol
So I forgot to mention that in the past month or so I have had some really nice additions to the garden. Here is a list of the new babies:

I have always been a big haze fan but when I had the money to get the seeds, they were all out. I believe this is the same cut you ran. I got to sample some of her from my buddy that gave me the cut and she was through the roof.

Mondo badass strain list and updates bro. I got 9 or 10 strains going and it gets to be a lot. And what do you have, 15 or 20?haha. I have to keep cuts going of each all the time even when they won't be going into 12/12 for a while. Since i don't keep moms, I have to make sure that I have more going of something if I go to flip one. It's easy to flip something then realize that the clone you thought you had going was really something else. I've done it. Gets a little crazy in the veg sometimes.
But at least you don't get bored from having to smoke the same old weed all the time.

hazy-I love having such a nice variety. It takes more work but is worth it in the end. I don't let my mom's get too big before flowering them. When I take a group of cuts and flower the "mom" I label one of the cuts "mom" so I know that before I flower that one out I have to take more cuts. This way you can keep track and not lose anything.
Chem 4 and Double Purple Doja came down tonight.
The chem 4 definitely has to be one of my favorites. I am smoking some now as I type and it is never disappointing. Great unique flavor imo. It is a very fresh smoke.

So you pull TW at 42 and 45 days and it has orange hairs??? My TW cut I'm sure is Arcata, but maybe I like PH locked it out or something with giving it too much nutrient, cuz she seems like she lagged in the last two weeks just looking the same but after I started giving her fresh water she started to bud up fat like she had stored all her nutrients away lol. I'm tellin ya she needs to at least go to day 60 but even then she'll probably need more, it must have been the way I grew her....Thanks for the info though. PEACE
