co2 controller help !

thanks jarff i got 4x 600 running all year round at the moment but come winter it gets as low as -20 here , i have to nearly stop my extraction to keep the temps anything like right !
i cannot add any extra heating as i am running off a very limited electric supply at the moment .
the power for the bigger set up is generator supplied and gives me 80amps of 230v to play with , so if i am running it i may aswell use it all .
then i can just run a couple of grows through the winter and enjoy the summer outdoors !

Hey Skin I was posting on the thread about the generators as I have a diesel gen which I am getting set up as we speak.Great thread eh..I,m not goin with any CO2 for first run til.I get everything dialed in...But if you insist on a CO2 gen may I suggest the Blue OX as I have seen a few of these and the ppl with them like them a lot.Good luck man.
I am plagued with minus weather here also .it,s a beetch trying to get everything to a steady temp.btw what type generator you running or gonna run.sounds big with 80 amps.I got a Kubota 6KVA...may do a flip flop with it.

nice one jarff , i will not mention a name just yet as they are not so common , i will let the dust settle first as i have had some trouble with the dealer .
but all is sorted now , i have just fitted the timed start electronics , my new fancy 24 x 600w light pannel is on route to me as we speak .
i have 12 digi ballasts and air cooled hoods here ready and the other 12 are old type that i used to use ,i just got to go for a bit of a drive and pick them up , they are so heavy it would cost me a fortune in shipping !
and i should be installing my 4000 litre diesel tank sometime next week !
i may do my first run without co2 aswell , just til i get the generators first few services out the way .
i have the little co2 burner i linked to earlier and may try to use that aswell as bottled co2 , if i can get a ppm controller to run them both or run the burner on a cycle timer and top up with the bottles as i think i may need some added heat later on !
oh yeh the genny is 100 amps so i will just use 73amps when i eventually run 24 600's which is about right !
for now i will get some aircon and see what that is like as i dont know much about it .

not sure what your status is on this post but worms way has the green air products regulator for like 110 on sale right now it was normally like 250. I have owned 3 regulators over the years and this one is ceartinly the best.

thanks VERNONSTER , i have gone with the diy co2 controller as recomended by BIGNUGGET as i already have a co2 gen somewhere and got access to big ass bottles of co2 aswell .
the thinking being i can run both or either from the same controller and it is by far the cheapest option , not that the cost is the issue but i dont want to waste alot of cash on something i know nothing about .
feel free to send me the link mate , i would still like a look but most US based companys dont even respond to mails when they find your not in the US or CANADA !
