Colorado residents have the right to grow. That right is not extended to folks from other states so no you cannot buy live plants.

You might be able to purchase seed, however.

I have had both good and bad luck with Craigslist clones. Two years ago was my first ever experience with spider mites via a clone. My gorilla glue hybrid (unknown genetic cross) came from the list as a GG#4 clone. Not quite the real thing but, "loud as fuck" none the less.
