I hope this run is better for you, zachrockbadenof.

I've got a pair of GTs running again.
picture.php
This has been on 12-12 from the start. They are F2s from this thai pheno GT.
picture.php

I get all jabbery when I first light up this GT and then my wife gives me shit about slurring my words-- and I just use a tiny pipe!:

The GTs are a couple of weeks behind the Bangi Hazes that have just started flowering.

I had intended to have a similar group of Bangi Haxe X PCKs but the ratio was 4 male BH X PCK to 1 female BH x PCK. The straight Bangi Haze f7s ran 4 female to one male. The same BH male pollinated both lines.

The BH X PCK crosses have a deliciously rich herbal liquor aroma.

My Bangi Haze are just taking off now in flower.

picture.php

The lone female Bangi Haze x PCK started flowering a few days earlier than the Bangis. Very nice scent.

picture.php

I've got a lone Kali China just a few days old. She'll be vegging while the Bangis grow through the rest of May and June.

Then I can finally get started on my Malawis and some other goodies.

picture.php

BTW, I see some clawing, like from Nitrogen excess. I'm running these in 3 gallon cloth bags with Sunshine Mix #4 Advanced.

The Sunshine site states:
Our Sunshine® Advanced products have a “starter” fertilizer package which is a small amount of fertilizer to help plants get started. Plants in these mixes should be put on a regular fertilizer schedule starting after watering plants at least 2 times, or within 7 days of planting.

I have only given them a single half strength feeding of Maxibloom - which I use every grow. It has to be the soil so I am just giving plain water now.

Golden Tiger f2 from my racey Thai pheno. She doesn't look at all like mom. This one is much sturdier and is not racing to the sky like my first run of GT.

picture.php

This one is also coming into flower sooner than my first GT's. This plant is about 3 weeks younger than the Bangi Haze & Bangi Haze x PCKs she is growing beside.

picture.php

I suspect I would get some color out of her in a winter grow. She has nice reds on the leaf stems. If you look you can see the glistening hairs. Too bad you can't smell her heavy herbal scent. I think she'll resin up nicely.

picture.php

A nice manageable Golden Tiger. She's pretty healthy for such a small pot, maybe 3 liters in size.

My plants are doing very well in my Sunshine Mix #4 advanced. The batch I have seems to have had much more fertilizer than they claim. I have only fertilized one time, and that was half strength Maxibloom. The only other amendment was a spoonful of pelleted limestone.

These range from 18-24 inches / 45 to 63 cm in height. There isn't a yellow leaf on them and the only thinning was when my bastard cat snuck in and chewed a few low leaves. Its been the easiest grow ever for me.
picture.php

The tent is crowded with 6 plants in a 1.25 meter wide x .63 meter deep tent. I may have to finish them outside of the tent and use it for my veg room.

Here is a sight for my running-out-of-stash eyes. If you look close you can see the unswelled calxes are going to be purple on this BH x PCK cross. Lots and lots of frost on such young flowers:

Thanks Greenback. Its my pleasure.

Just a shot of the f7 Bangi Haze male I used to pollinate the tent (1- Golden Tiger f2, 4 BH f7 and 1 BH x PCK f1) I kept him out of the tent but I could see pollen flying for the last couple days so I should get a few seeds. This male is much fruitier than my other Bangis have been. Very strong smelling.

Heres a seedling I screwed up. I left a fan on that was blowing over the seed. This let the seed coat dry onto the cotyledon after sprouting. Usually a stuck seed coat is no trouble to gently pinch and slide off but this one just wouldn't budge.

It would not have been bad but this is the ONLY Kali China seed I have and this particular seedling just happens to be very vigorous. She shot up nearly 4 inches tall by the time I pulled off the seed coat. Again, this was not the seeds fault, it was mine. She'll be ok now that I repotted her 2 inches deep. Long Tall Sally will turn around very fast now under my very bright 110 wat PLL lights.

LOL! I started reading the ACE threads and the next thing I knew I was growing Golden Tiger. Then I read about the PCK -which is so beautiful and fragrant that she's well worth having.

Then I read about the Bangi Haze. You just can't go wrong with these. I've had only slight variations in the plants. All have been vigorous with an up and energetic high.

I read about the Panama and Malawis, too. I've got them stashed for a bit. I want to start them a bit later so that they can take advantage of the cold months to mature with some color. Imagine a red Panama! I can only hope.

I've got Bubba Kush x Hashplant to start now to go with by Kali China. They should be a piece of cake to grow.

Lots of interesting goodies from Ace and even more interesting and knowledgable growers to learn from. Some really amazingly good growers to learn from.

When I get done I hope to have my stash library built back up with these goodies. I'm really getting to the last fines of my old pre-move stash and it will be a close call which comes first: an empty jar or sacrifice one BH to an early harvest.

The Bangi Haze x PCK is a very fast flower. She's only been flowering 3 weeks.

Here she was on April 21:

The scent is blackberry liquor with a stick of black licorice stirring up the honey.

Padrone,

She's from seed from a Bangi Haze male and a very dark purple PCK that I made last year. I swear its frostier every time I look.

I wish I had taken some cuts, but this was a replenish the stash run and I didn't veg long at all. At least I have a good number of seeds left of the batch she came from.

I got lucky and picked up a returned but guaranteed 600 watt ballast to help me spread my overcrowded orchard out a bit.

This girl, I am sure, will like the brighter sun.

Her sister Bangi Hazes are staring to glitter a bit:

Good choice on the new lamp, they love the light in flower.
You should see some nice development coming, keep the pictures coming, they're lovely.

Thanks,

I really wanted that 600 because as soon as these finish up I will be setting in some Panama, Panama Haze and Haze KaliChina clones.

The canopy in my tent. Lower left corner is Golden tiger, a week or so younger than others. BH x PCK lower right of first photo. rest are Bangi Haze.

Taller Bangi Haze beginning to frost up.

Shorter Bangi Haze pheno (still taller than Bangi x PCK)

________ Lend me some sugar, I AM your neighbor: ________

This 2' tall BH x PCK is the same age as the Bangis. Even the underneath of her sugar leaves are syrupy thick with resin heads. She's been very lightly pollinated by a BH male.

Thanks Paulo. Its been awhile since chatting with you on the HFH threads.

I'm having a lot of fun with this tent and the veg tent.

Cheers!

Just a bit of tent cleaning under way. The 6 plants I have in my 2 x 4 ft - 60cm X 120cm tent are too crowded. As soon as my 600 watt ballast is set up they'll all be moving into the open in my cave.

They need some trimming, but I am hoping that spreading them out a bit under the 600 Ushio Opti Red will let them fill in. I figure the BH x PCK should be done before the 4th of July. One of the other Bangi Hazes will be snacked on early as my stash of Golden Tiger is down to about a weeks worth.
