You've got em lookin good down your way, nice work man. The peyote purple adds some color to the mix for sure, some more than others. Here's one finishing outside in January at 26N:

thanks for the comment's means a lot coming from you. if the one i have finishes up like that it would make my day for sure. i see the red stem in your pix so maybe i will get fortunate enough to see the color that you have. this will be my stash for sure. tell me about the flavor if possible. does she lean to the diesel side?

i went thru the seed stash and seen the sour d x maple leaf indica x sour d and i forgot all about them. i will get them going maybe thru the winter months and veg them under a lite first then put them out. need to hit this purple diesel so i can keep them around and play with them a bit.

I think the peyote purple x sour d f1s are a pretty true 50/50, IBL x IBL. Should be some variation in flavor profiles from plant to plant with less % leaning towards either mom or pop and more % being a good mix of the two. You won't know til you try it so will be looking for that report come fall.

so i started to spray for pest. last year i had a few caterpillars mess up a few buds on me so i thought i would get a jump on them this time. i used captain jack dead bug and found a centipede about 5 inches long laying beside one of the plants so it must be a good product. first time i used this brand and so far so good. i have azamax on stand by cause i used it last year and it works great. i plan to start my green cure spray before long as the rains will be starting and don't want to see any spot's on my leafs( black spot etc.ect ect)

will up date pix's the weekend

any guess on how much they stretch (cherry bomb). i need to get the trellis up shortly (at least the poles) just curious how tall they need to be.

Well, indoors I flipped to 12/12 when they started alternating nodes, about 18-20". They ended up around 4 to 5 feet tall. So easily double, probably triple and very possibly x 4 since they are outside.

And since you got a good start already, and have a very well established root system it's likely they will hit 7-8 feet even will all the tying down you've done.

How are you gonna support that monster when she flowers? Bamboo stakes? I like to get those 8' green plastic coated metal stakes, drive them in. Then use green trellis netting to wrap around the plant to make a "cage" . You'll see what I mean soon enough, cause that Apeshit I have outside is getting that done to it.

EDIT: have you been supercropping them at all?

oh shit. if they stretch like that i might be in trouble LOL. good problem to have but she is around chest high now with a even canopy.

DTOG

yes brother i have been pinching to crack the stem and bending them over but not holding them down like that. i have the green trellis your talkind about 5 by 30. i was planning to use the poles i used last time(pine tree's that have fallin down) they are pretty straight and i just dug them in last season about 2 ft in and watered them tight. i think i might have to do one trellis now and one later on up higher like a scrog. tell me what you think

thanks guy's for the input

Yeah, if they are chest high now, I'd guess they will easily hit 8 feet plus by harvest. 12 feet (or more) isn't out of the question.

Greengenes told me once that he believed the genetics to be mostly Thai with some "wide leaf" crossed in early on in it's creation. So the potential for them to get very tall is certainly there.
