You know what? It smells very much like my Sour Larry, maybe a bit more to the orange side of odors than lemons. This is def a bonanza type of plant, I lost the mom in a shuffle so this may be the end...

she is not lost my friend :) we call that pheno #5. tested at close to 20% thc with a great tangerine/sfv smell.

I just harvested sfvsour#7 which is straight night meds. she tested at over 16%thc 2%cbd. the higher cbd seems to make for a very narcotic effect. my sister loves the #7 for pain and as a sleep aid.

I just came back from meddling with my SFV/Sours, brilliant little plants. There was a huge mom and I cut her up, I should have flowered her when she was big then I really would have had something. The smell is much "prettier" than the chem D beside it.That SDIBL was the father of some of my best cuts.I'm looking at having another shot at this one.:)

Chop Chop!!!

Chop Chop!!!

Day 65...gotta come down today as I'm away for Christmas and need her to hang...she is incredibly frosty...smelly and yields dense and heavy buds.

I read somewhere that Mr Chemdawg would take his at 66 days so I don't feel soo bad about chopping at 65...hopefully she'll reveg and I can try for 70.

Her trichs are 5% clear, 90% cloudy, 5% amber

She could have been grown A LOT better...gotta figure out this crispiness that crept in...bud thankfully the buds look superb. I'll let you know weights and smoke report etc in due course.

Outstanding job Hummus!! The crispyness is part of the chem D life if you have the original cut with the"mosaic" traits.I manage to keep mine a tad cleaner using 3tsp/gal of cal-mag and a bit further from the lamps than I would put an ECSD for instance.I've seen more than of few of the best smoking plants I'd ever dreamed look exactly like yours...the debate contiues as to wether the trait is something that can be passed on, I've had mine in my mother room and also flowering amidst many other plants and never had the "uglyness" pass to another plant. You're one of the brave D growers who shows the whole plant without photoshopping the UGLY face of the bride!!

My SFV/Sour is one very lady like specimen.this particular cut was tested at 20% THC by Chefro, not sure how that comes out in the smoke but I know at a recent festival in maine they had a booth that tested THC of samples and the highest was something called "Rambo" at 21% or something. Some of the best pot I've smoked tested less than 15%...Who know but theres no dispute this plant is DANK!!I'll take some D pics in a few minutes, I have the whole day to screw off so I'm hitting IC hard! The wife despises it when I'm on"that stupid website"

Heres a mixup of pics, the cola is one of the chem D tops, the pic with all the buds everywhere is a mix of D and SFV/Sour.The two containers are close together and the plants are leaning all over eachother at this point.I'm figuring its almost day 50 of 12/12.You can see the diff in the D as opposed to the Sister in the fat, round colas, where the Sister has chunks of buds up the stem with no main "fat" cola. When I water the pots the first thing you smell is the whiff of a dead animal...

Beautiful Chaco! I like the buds I got from Chem D...the first top I trimmed was very dense indeed...couldn't get anywhere near the base of the very few bud leaves!!!

First little cola was about 5 inches long by 3 wide...we weight 32g. I'm guessing about 10 dry. So maybe 60g for the whole plant..? Not bad for a 3 litre pot.

I'm leaving some lower popcorns on...gonna root trim, repot and reveg.

I hope.

Such beautiful pictures Chaco!! I cannot wait to flower this lady out!! My mother is about big enough to chop on a lil bit.... so soon enough I will have a few of these rotten ladies going finally... I am so excited after looking through this thread again!!

Ultimate Ghetto Grow!!

Ultimate Ghetto Grow!!

This grow is as ghetto as it gets. Two buckets filled with used rocks, hand watered 4X a day and underneath all the plants that came in and overgrew them.Luckily they have the direct beam of the 1000W vertical hps and a few 600's 2-3ft on top.You can see how the D loads up from the top to the very bottom...You'll have to excuse me, its my 1st day off in a long time and I have 5 more free hrs to go! Watchout ICMAG, here comes a Chaco montage...

Nice going Chaco you really have her greened up nice , I doubt she has a true mosaic virus , if she did someone would of had it pass to other cuts by now . Interesting that the extra cal-mag is greening her up .

I always use a cup of slow release lime per 5gal soil.It greens the plants up like crazy.Melty told me that when he uses a very potent organic mix with Earth Juice he has much less "ugly" on his D cut.I'm about to start a new round of organic plants, I use about 1/3 worm castings, 1/3 vermiculite and 1/3 topsoil/compost.I also add about 1/2 cup of super tea and a bit of kelp meal. Can't wait to try it on the D.How long before you chop Hummus??:) Yes indeed Baphomet, we havn't seen the ugly trait pass on to any other plants so I believe, like yourself its some other inherent condition.Does anyone know if the cut in its early days had this trait?
