been rereadin throught the info here...Im kinda trippin on the 91 being so lanky and not as bushy as the 06 cuts...probably nothin, but do you think the actual age of the 91 clone may have something to do with its profile? Or is she just a way more sativa leaning pheno?

i heard (from joebrand i believe) that chemdog said the '91 cut didnt used to be so lanky but has gotten that way due to old age. i dont know if thats the truth (or even really possible) but thats what i was told.

if its just a more sativa leaning pheno, i would love to see it compared to the 06 chemdawg #1, as that was the most sativa leaning pheno of the 06's.

H&L~ The '06 CD#1 has more of a sativa-ish flower structure...vs....a sativa growth structure. It puts on huge fluffy Sat-esque colas...it prolly isn't really ready until 12+ weeks of flower...and, I sure ain't lettin' it go that long.

Looks different then the DoubleD and Chem #4. [The '91ChemDawg] More like my SourD.

Fer tha sake of adding to tha confusion...I have 2 different, supposedly, '91 ChemDawgs (that is, if ya don't count tha '91 DanimalDawg).

The first one...which I have pictured in this thread does NOT look like Joe's '91 ChemDawg...it looks a lot more like tha '06 ChemDawgs, albeit there are some differences. It also looks extremely similar ta tha OG Kushes.

The second "91 ChemDawg" I have looks like Joe's CD'91...which looks closer to SourD like he is saying. I'll be trialing tha second CD'91 here shortly.

so there are two different phenos from 91, or one is a bagseed of the other...with the hermie trait, im sure there are lots of different phenos out there from over the years...interesting though....may somewhat explain the birth of the kush and the diesel, they both came from chemdawg, just from different phenos.....

#4 is a nice cut, I like DOG a lot more as it is more my type of plant. I wield that bitch in to a sturdy round ball. The #4 cut has a similar growth pattern to trainwreck.


I would like to try that D pheno next to 4, and DOG.

I can see that being possible... There are alot of age related gene expressions that I am sure we dont understand... good example is the TW, what was her original flowerin time?

Alot of that has to do with people taking skinny little weak cuts and using them as mothers.
If you do this enough times the whole deal will become extra stretchy.
If you take a top clone and a bottom little weak clone and flower them tpogether at the same hieght.
The smaller skinny clone will be more stretched out and more branchy.
The top clone will be more like the way it's supposed to be.
