actualy i have a really nice glass bong and i never use it. i just find them too hard to clean. sure, the taste is a bit better and i know they are much nicer but acrylic bongs are so easy to clean.... i have this stuff that i jsut but inside with a bit of water, shake the heck out of it and its clean.. it doesnt work the same on glass though.. but i guess the one i have is really weird shaped and hard to clean anyway...

oh yeah and i am no dude. im a chick.

ok, i thought I was going to be waiting til like after christmas to get this thing. I got it yesterday and its killing me that I have it now and I CANT EVEN USE IT. my buddy says I gotta wait and obviously I will... but its killing me... its actually so much cooler now that I can see it up close.. for anyone who thought it wasnt worth the $ paid for it is so wrong... they even sent me a few fre stickers and some rolling papers..(which i will not wait to use)!! ha! I agree acrylic is nothing compared to glass
but glass costs and fragility are something to think about
glass bongs are awesome, but you need some money and need to be careful...

everyone keeps talking about glass. well i just broke my glass pipe this morning. it usually just sits on a shelf in my room. and somebody fell or did something int he apartment above me and it shook the whole place and it fell and hit the floor and smashed into 3 pieces. it only cost me 12 bucks so its no big deal.. but theres a great reason to not buy a humungous glass bong. i have too many cats who like to get into things and break things. i hardly even own any actual glass drinking cups anymore... glass is my new enemy.
