Who the hell leaves a gun a vehicle ?
Im not buying the "my wife left it in the car" excuse but if true you should have checked the vehicle before you made your run. Just like making sure all your lights work before hitting the highway.

Its obvious he had the gun cause he didn't wanna get robbed.nobody is dumb enough to leave guns in the car.I've even heard stories where every bullet is a felony.that gets dropped though.eh I'm done.good luck op.your gonna need it.although I will say I'm surprised how non chalante op's original post was.like he didn't even realize the scope of the situation.you better pepper your Angus op.your gonna learn the hard way

what gets me is who needs a gun to pick up 10 clones? you must be dealing with some real shady people if you need a gun for $150 in cuts.

Over the years, government has convinced the public that we need all sorts of exceptions to the very simple and straightforward terms of "shall not be infringed".

Gun near a school? Had a gun when you picked up a drug charge? Had a gun when you were driving drunk? Had a gun when crossing states lines???? None of that should matter. It's totally unconstitutional to dish out harsher sentences for crimes just because a gun was present. Unless you were committing an assault with the weapon, no charges.. Period.

A gun is no different than a hammer. It's a fucking tool. Public education is a massive and irrepairable problem, as is ideology and dogma.

everyone should have a gun.....yeehaw...cause the bad guys already do...!!!!!!!!!...when I lived in country there was always guns in my rides ,,,I don't roll that way in the city...having a gun on the rack wont go over well even if unloaded expect issues...you cant brag till you get charged with a half dozen or more lol

I have always been under the impression that our forefathers designed the 2nd Amendment so that the citizenry would shoot tyrants once they become tyrannical. How does that work when our modern justice system kicks in your door with a military assault team justified by their criminal substance prohibition fantasy? I'm sure our forefathers are shaking their heads ...

CCW is a 5 year minimum, however in Michigun most guys and some gals carry and have always carried. If your a medical user, they could be lenient. High paid attorneys, well, just plead guilty. Theres 50 thou in prisons there, they always have room for more. Transporting clones to another state could get you a racketeering charge. If the whole thing could cost you over 10 grand. I'd plead then stay outta Michigan. Forever!

There really is lead in the water.. That's why they are all crazy. Yet they still let the Cops carry guns.

I was born in Flint :party: left when I was 6 months old.

Believe me, you don't even want to visit that state.

I can see why the OP never posted again, 4 pages of worthless replies trying to make a big deal or call the dude an asshole. Some clones and a registered gun, no priors and a well paid lawyer, guy won't do any time. Yes, I lived 18 yrs in Michigan.
