Start chanting again, the SGI organization now is sooooo much better in the states! I don't know if you chanted with NSA/NST, but all us ICMAGGERS are chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo! and doing Kosen-rufu just like you dan.

I chanted with NSA, was living in San Diego Calif. in the 80's. Apparently the closest center from me now is more than 200 miles away.

Going through so much recently... but I'm on the thread everyday no matter what. I couldn't post lately because of some painful stuff i'm dealing with but I am happy to report that I'm doing my best to be the strongest Young Men's Division member in America and trying to honor all of the Bodhisattvas and Buddhas in the ten directions everyday.
I will always be grateful for Mrs.Babba, Babba, Socal and Thomas in helping me get my Gohonzon through sincere encouragement. Only daimoku and heart to heart connections count to me right now.
Yep, karma is a bitch. I'm still outperforming in many regards, Easy will be doing this for the rest of his life... Kosen-rufu is my golden ticket to the chocolate factory of life.

I surely know that you are trying your hardest right now, you always give your best. I'm glad I checked in, I'm off this weekend and I know you will be heavy on my mind. I care so much for you Easy, I chant that everything in your life is meant to be. There's not a day that goes by that I don't learn or reflect on something I deem important because of you. You have influenced my life in a totally good, positive way.

Buddhism is concerned with the essential nature of humanity. Buddhism is not
found somewhere else separate from such beautiful expressions of humanity as
appreciation toward one' s mother and courtesy to others. As Nichiren Daishonin
teaches in the Gosho, "behavior as a human being" that perfectly accords with
reason is what constitutes the heart of Buddhism. Therefore, our world of faith
must be a gathering that is full of affection and heartfelt consideration.
