Cashmere strain?

Hi all,

So whats the deal with this "Cashmere" cut I just sourced? Not even sure if that is the correct spelling.

Any info on this? It seems to have a lot of hype around it.

Is it really "Northern lights #5 x Bubblegum x lowryder"?

No elite cut will have Lowryder in it, Lowryder is Joint Doctors work, the original Auto. Most or all* Autos are descendants of this plant, it brings nothing apart from Autoflowering to a line, so only a madman would mix it in to regs.

That makes a lot of sense and super logical ChaosCatalunya. I sure wouldn't add auto flowering. Funny I have come across some ressive phenos expressing the auto flowering trait in some of my crosses.

Ah, well if you have found recessive auto traits popping up, then it is quite possible that some lowryder did get in there.

Some other plants do autoflower a bit, my lovely grapefruit blueberry (Chimera) is a bitch for it, but it is not that common

It didn't pop up for me with cashmere. I havent crossed that yet . But I have a 4 way cross of lemonkush x (blueberrycookies x (purple diesel x cherry sherbert)). I actually popped 20 f2 seeds and 1 male and 1 female ended up auto flowering on me. The male actually knocked up the female and she's finishing off her seeds just for fun right now lol. I want to pop those seeds when ready to see if her offspring do the same. I love experimenting.
