OK, now would be a great time to have an edit button...

All lineage info you could need is in there in that post linked above, including original number of pheno/plants used in each generation... Lacking their descriptions, but you can find some additional pics if you look in the strain guide under casey jones written by johnny butt

Unfortunately nuked all my pics back with the loudog v.1 name

Hey broda, those are some good memories! 1st year growing OD luckily I got blessed with them CJxSB's as a freebie! Best strain of that season for sure. The 2nd pheno was pretty good, however I'd say the best pheno was the one that is not in those pictures, the short, stout SB looking pheno, man that was such a great smoke, very LOUD and tasty and KO potency!

However, the one from the bottom was also very good one! Was on a shadier spot but the nugs were top notch as well!

and heres the one from the top pics, this one was a late finisher, I think we fucked up the drying and curing process and it over dried too much, lost most of the flavor on it, or just wasnt a special lady!

With that said, CJxSBs are my goto strains for the outdoors, I made a few X's every year and have selected a few of them to keep the line going!

Peace, BW!

:woohoo:

Love me some pictures, hehe :D

Some lovely looking ladies there, Buddah :joint:

I have yet to have the pleasure of doing a full outdoor season, though I know a few brave souls who have attempted it around here. Maybe one day....

I can't decide if I'd rather have it be a female or male, though. My primary interest in this one is for breeding purposes, and males are a bit more flexible for that, but females really show their potential so much better, in my opinion. At least with a female I don't have to guess how frosty it will be, etc.
I tried to get a good look last night, but didn't see any preflowers of either kind. That's one difference between this one and the previous Beast, at least. That first one had many obvious preflowers by the time it was this size.

Upon further reflection, I hope it's a male. I am now daydreaming about how many of my other strains I could hit with that pollen if I kept it properly stored. I simply can't do clones or mothers at this time, so a female would be one shot and done for seeds, and while I'll still be pretty happy if that's the case I just feel an outstanding male is far more preferable to me right now. Wish me luck :D

Edited to add: Another seriously cool benefit if it turns out to be a male is that I could hit offspring from the Beast S1 seeds I made during that first run, with a Beast male's pollen. That would be the shit! Selecting through those seeds would be fun in my opinion :)

No such luck, it's a female :D

Well that's all good too, and I'm looking forward to pollinating her and making as many seeds as possible :dance013:

For that matter, looks like most of the plants this run are female. I have yet to confirm a male, but that's likely just due to not really caring enough to really get in and look around, haha.
