I hate on alotta hondas but mostly because they are built by morons that think that fart cans add power..

I really respect what those lil na 4bangers can do. A budy of mine used to have a JDM DC2 type R that thing was nasty as fuck never been in a front wheel drive car that handled that well. In turns you just lift off the gas and the rear and walks out just ever so slightly and if you hit the apex right that fucking thing tore up turns. It was bone stock cept for the BRIDE seats and the Takata belts.

I disagree with turboing any FWD car. Makes it useless for anything but drag racing. Turbo +fwd = understeer! My dude from upstate NY built a copy cat skunk 2 integra. Had about 712 whp and was running low nines. That car was a beast.

Yep the type-R is a nasty toy right out of the box, its nice to hear you give prop's to the handling. 90 degree cornering @ 45mph and not chirp a tire.

Torque steer is a small price to pay for a 4 cylinder platform that can be built and *spank most cars out there.

sounds a lot of cash ,,whats top speed ? does it handle well ?

Fastest I've got it going is about 275KPH, not sure what that is in MPH. I dont really care for top speed, since most races I get in are only quatermile or so.

I've did alot of suspension mods to make it handle really well (for a mustang). It's never going to compare to a European made car in the corning but it makes up for it with the 500 horsepower.

The zo6 will be the best of both worlds, I hope I can afford it next summer but buying a house = lots of expenses so I might have to wait another summer.

I believe GM is offering the Special Financing on the Z06.

I'd at least go talk to them now, cause they are ready to deal. I went to look at the new Camaro SS, and they had a new 09 Z06 for 52K!!!

As far as the Zo6 being the best of both worlds, I would buy a CTS-V if that is what you want. It will lay down a similar quarter to the Z06, and has four doors. Cost about the same to.

I have one, and was going to trade it, but have decided to keep her. I am sacking my SC400 build, but bought one anyway, because I love them and this particular one is very rare.

All efforts are no being sunk into getting a R35. No house for me (While doing what I do, I do not like to have a permanent address in my real name), getting my car game tight. Besides, I find renting a home, so much easier, and less stressful. Houses are just going to get cheaper anyhow.

Better get your high performance GM cars now, cause this muscle car era we have been experiencing is over.

i had a 2000 GSR, i loved the b18c1 in that thing, it was just begging for some booost. then i got pulled over in it going 30 mph above the speed limit while 8 shots deep of captain morgan. spent the night in jail, and had to sell the GSR to pay off my court fines. i called her the "black widow" because she was a sexy bitch that ruined my life!

it came with the 17 inch momos, i personally would have rather had SI or regular GSR blades.

Infiniti M30, aka Nissan leopard, drove it for a year when my license was suspended because it was super chill looking and very slow so i couldnt get pulled over, then some fucking Hadji stole it from me, i still see that little bastard driving it around sometimes. He paid me $2000 for it and said he would pay another 600 later that week, but he ran off with the car and never called me back. Learned my lesson about "fronting" cars.

thats the way to go..i almost bought an avalon the other week. they are nice cars, super low key. other good low key cars are toyota camrys, toyota highlanders, honda accord, honda CR-V, super family cars that no cop would suspect a "gang bangin gun totin drug dealer" to drive LOL.

Here's a funny and sad story about the Skyline
He had to have it inspected (2months later still not cleared by the shop), and while it was in SLC, he heard on the street that there was a Skyline for sale in SLC for sale for $22,000. He called and they told him to come look at it. When he got to the address he was WTF your trying to sell MY car? The shop stumbled all over themselves and made some story that they were just trying to test the market.
So that night, being he had the keys. He broke into their yard and took his car.
He drove it home to provo and he got the hair brain idea to race his friends STI.
They were flying thru some turns and being he had only owned FWD cars, when the rear end broke lose and swung left he turned hard on the wheel to keep the front wheels straight though the car was sideways.
The AWD kicked on and with the wheels completely turned and the power shoot the car to the left, crashing into a 8' tall chain link fence. After coming to a stop on the OTHER side of the fence in someone field. Killing any chances of a quick get away. He ended up causing like 7grand in damages. Sad part was it was uninsured. Lucky one of the guys is an A+ body guy and as you can see in the pictures, he did a great job.
