when you transplanted them what did the roots look like? any pics of the plants now, they still alive?

hi I'm still going with my problem1! I know its nothing to do with ph or too much feed it happens in coco or soil watered with bottled water I think its something to do with the humidity I put some more plants in swapped 600w for a 200w cfl and bought a humidifier that seemed to have sorted it but I wouldn't say they were 100% healthy. I got them to a fair size then put the 600w back in and in 5 days they looked like this

I've been doing some reading up on VPD(vapor pressure deficit) and it can have a massive impact on growth, google it.

If I was you id put a plant in a completely different room with light for it and see if you have off-gassing from something in ur main room.

Do what Xanode say. Looks like off gassing.
