Hard to say at this point. The way I tell is that if the preflower looks like a crab claw, it's a boy.

What a tease!!! I'm a betting man! I'll say its a female! (can't see really)

Clearer pics would help and the flash is causing lots of reflection and i could be wrong but 50/50 i`d guess male from the very little i see.

Looks like a male to me...but don't do anything rash just yet. Give it a week

Yes, a male will sometimes throw a little nub like that before it fully preflowers. It will probably show sex first at a node higher than that particular node. Like shady said though, don't do anything until you know. It takes many days after you have full on balls hanging before they will release pollen.
Patience is the number one virtue in this sport.

That looks like a ball forming right there... I'd give it another few days to be sure, but looks like a guy imho.

Wait a few days and then you'll know for sure.
I still can't wait to see hair but it takes around a week or so of 12/12 balls pop out first you'll be able to tell.
