Just build a greenhouse to handle the wind Dr, 40mm thick-wall pvc tubing will survive! .. It is as windy as it gets in my area, windy summer and stormy winter, my greenhouse full of veggies and breeding projects has stood up well. The first version with 1/2" pvc didn't last through its first night but the second attempt has stood fast for about a year now with no hiccups. Just latex paint your tubing to protect the plastic covering from chlorine leaching, wire up your purlin strong underneath hoops, keep about a 2m gap between hoops, sink 1,5m 25mm steel tubing about 80cm deep as upright anchors and trench your plastic under a foot deep and wide of soil on each side. It will take some serious weather to bother you. Also use proper greenhouse plastic, NOT insect (uv absorb) and 3 layer or so, budget line from agreenhouse supplier will be cheap and fine and last years.
Well done on yer grow caligreen, not bad at all for such little capital outlay ey?! styling! Mayb try get some solar led security lights to extend your days and do a crop in the off season.. No wiring, electricity etc.. you just hang above your plants and switch off when you want em to flower.
