and yeah, they are a lanky strain and need to be staked..I usually grow cindys outdoors in smallish pots on a city window sill/balcony...they grow jsut fine outdoors!....it's a pretty plant good resin and one the nicest scents that makes you keep on going back to rub your finger over a bud leaf again..fast acting high with excellent munchie effects, makes you chatty and happy and lasts about an hour or less, personally I find it easy to build a tolerance too, but then again most strains are the same.....& it's not a smoke you can smoke all day every day ..as it's quite strong, and would burn you out..just liek too much coffee.....and so it's good to buy a few Nirvana Seeds strains as well so you have a choice highs during the day and you can then appreciate the energy and uppity-ness of Cindy each time.

sorry to hear that ..it must of been a horrible experience!..around here fungus gnat larvae can attack and kill all emerging seedlings before they pop the surface of the soil......my two packs of C-99 were 100% successful germination...over the years I don't remember hearing of zero germ rates from GN C99's..99% of posters say how good the germination rates were from the all the years reading at OG abd recently here....so please fill us in on your method of germination etc !

i just use the moist paper towel in ziplock baggie method. its the only germination technique i've ever used and i usually have 100% germ rate. it was the only time i was unable to get a single one to germ. i even have been able to get a few of the s.a. durban x skunk #1 freebies that are notoriously hard to germ pop.
i mentioned it to gypsy though and he said he's going to make me smile on my next order. i love that guy!

In 1997, I discovered a few seeds in a bud of Jack Herer I bought @ "Sensi Smile" coffeeshop in Amsterdam while there to buy seeds. I didn't expect much when I grew them, but one of those seeds from the JH bud produced a very special female that I call "Princess".

Therefore Princess' mother was a Jack Herer (IF we can believe what Sensi Smile printed on the package) and her father is a totally unidentified mystery plant.

I also got 2 more females (Genius & Cafe'Girl) & several males from those seeds. I used pollen from one of the males on a heavy-yielding, dense, resinous ShivaSkunk (from Sensi Seedbank) female, then grew the resulting seeds to get males to produce pollen to cross Princess with, beginning the cubing process.

The first generation of seeds from Princess were called P.50 because they were 50% Princess. I used males from the P.50 generation to back-cross to Princess to get P.75 and again back-crossed with the P.75 pollen to get P.88 and again with the P.88 pollen to get P.94 which is "Cinderella 99", a cubed version of Princess.

The name "Cinderella" was chosen because of the parallels between this story and the well-known fairy tale in which Cinderella becomes a Princess despite her humble beginning. It's also VERY similar to the story of the "Morgan Horse"...go Figure!

Ah.. staring at a pair of C99 seedlings I just germinated on top of my moniter.
2nd time I'm growing these, and I realy enyoyed them the first time wround, was my first grow and I grew them with a couple of NLxBigBuds. Didn't get much af a yeild as my my setup is uber micro and very getto, but I don't realy smoke much anyway so it did the job for me!
Oh, mine were from FemaleSeeds, before they created the X-line, and they do have a very nice 'uppy' high, great for grooving to some good tunes or just staring blankly at Milkdrop (I swear I saw Horus in those orange swirls..).
These realy were my Holy Grail as I could grow them quickly in a micro setup and still get a nice sativa buzz and a decent yeild (for the situation).
