Thanks guys unfortunately we've had some shocking weather here and after 100 hrs straight rain and a couple of meters since Oct. this is what your plants can look like
picture.php

but that was the worst of it, a few smaller plants over, a few broken limbs, some botyritis, but mostly still surviving
picture.php

I'll drop in later with some more shots...

Hopefully all the wet will lead to better things in the coming months. All that ground water...

Hey bushy, man it breaks your heart sometimes what mother nature can do to you, i had a few nice plants over east 5 years ago that were looking great like your and a severe hail storm snapped 75% of the branches off the plants, managed to save some plants but lost some pounds i tell ya.

Yours look like they will bounce back ok, did you lose many branches due to snapping off ?

The Mendo Girl, pictured above copped a beating - with 4 or 5 broken branches
the Mullum Widow, here on left of MMMG - had a couple of broken branches but I tied 'em up
picture.php

....still looks healthy
picture.php

couple of the Nimbin purples went into flowering

but not the green thai pheno
picture.php

Mullum Mendo had some twisted branches
picture.php

but her sister is probably in the best shape and the only one unstaked
picture.php

the younger Mango Haze, here next to her older sister, is also developing nicely
picture.php

some different shapes emerge when left untopped
picture.php

still in the game despite the rain...

how much bigger do you expect them to get in flower ?

I'm not sure maybe 2 foot, the rest - anywhere from 4 to 8.

Loving the show bushweed, I hope you have respite from the rain soon.
The weather is just peachy here in syd.
But "gray's" have wiped out my modest grow.
oh well..just have to plant smarter next time.No pain.
The tribulations so many are going through rite now .
a doz plants...nothing!.....but those darn "grays" how do you guys keep em off? I note some fencing but..
anyway good luck

Theyll get used to the beating and be stronger for it ..
dont let them get too tall though man ,
encourage outward rather than upward growth .
the taller they are the harder it is for them to cope with what is yet to come ..

massive monsoonal trough hanging from the top to the bottom it seems on the bom map ,

unsettled here , but stangely we have avoided too much of the monsoon apart from storms dumping an inch a day ,
xmas day was 300 mm , 160 of that in just 30 minutes .

Hey Donaldo, what you edited your post b'cos you were out of it? When was the last time you were straight?

Jesus man that's a lot of rain, we had 80mm in 20 minutes a couple of years back and it was like a waterfall - inside the house! Also had 500mm in one day about 6 years ago - that's the local record. But nothing like the 5+ meters you can cop in a year up there!

Yes mate definitely need to promote some outward growth to avert structural disaster. In the process of topping some and also getting creative with others. For instance I attached a halo above this Mango Haze - cos its gonna be saintly you know. :tiphat:

Got another Mango in head, which I'll probably let go until April

Mango Haze are said to have good mold resistance, which may come in handy...

I strongly suspect these plants are Old Mother Sativa x Afghan/Skunk (shit), which is well known cross in these parts that produces a nice psychedelic sativa high, but with the early flowering of the Afghan Indica. :gday:
