Bush Weed Seeds

Just finished trimming up my bonsai clones. Detecting what I call the “baby poo” terp in the lime madness (I think, could be OSSxMM).

Where does this come from? Is it northern lights? Same was present in some SSH I ran years back.

Where does the Baby Poo smell come from in your Lime Madness seeds?
Probably not from the Mullum '-)

Here is what Gene said once about the pedigree of Black Lime Reserve:
BlackLimeReserve was the name of the Lime cross I released with Aficionado. I would've named it differently but that wasn't my job. Original Black Lime is a cross that only a handful of people ever saw, all pre 2006 or so. I crossed it with PK and that's the purest form that has ever been out enough to be seen. I call the PK cross Lime or BlackLime because I don't grow the original cross, the added stretch and mold resistance from the PK improved it's commercial appeal. The original name "BlackLime" came from a plant in my buddy Heath's seeds(Northern Lights/Afghani/Burmese) that was a purple stem citrus smelling type he didn't like, and I crossed it with a super gnarly male from what we called POG which stood for Purple Orange Green and was actually Northern Lights x Oilcan, Oilcan being Afghani/Oaxacan. The NL was my mom's clone from 1989 that she got as seeds in a manila envelope with "seed bank/Northern Lights" written on it. The PK came from Hollywood around 2005 and I was told since then that the cross on that is actually OGKush x CottonCandyKush. After getting a solid purple S1 PK plant with magenta stigmas that smelled like Zkittles I believe that it's not a pure OG like the name suggests. The other regular crosses i bred from it also throw a lot of that type of terp profile as well so it's not just a stray seed alone suggesting that it has outside influence. People often talk to me about BLR as if it's the original Black Lime, but the seed packs listed the lineage as PK x BlackLime x ChemDawgsSpecialReserve. I figure I should take a minute to clarify the lineage every once in a while, and it's a good lesson for people to consider how a name can be misleading. I wanted to call it Molotov Margarita but what the fuck do I know ? (name's still taken though, don't poach that.

So . . . with all that info . . . who knows ;-)

from whats been shown the lm is a genetic gumbo so makes sence therd be plenty variability in f2s that being said out of the 5 i ve tried all fit close to description so it appears the parents have been selected well
Ya know, the two females I have seem very similar so I was guessing these are F1’s. Who knows.

What was cool is the place I got them from sent BLRxCherry Chem as freebies. I aim to find out if I can create my own version of LM with one of my MM78’s.

OSSxMM’s

First up Oax phenos, two plants in a pot. Fatter buds than the mullum pheno. But, mullum pheno started later/going slower.

OSSxMM, mullum pheno. Longest flowering of the 4 females. While flower development was slower/later and so suffered in size, onset of cold weather seems to have sped up trich maturation (almost all cloudy).

@F2F They look very enticing! What kind of scents are you detecting on the 2 phenos? What's the smoke flavor/effect been like when you've run them in the past?

@FoxMcLoud - it’s been raining here so haven’t been able to really get a fair nose on them yet. But, a little mint/fruity coming through.

Only grew/smoked once, 2yr ago. Probably a pheno somewhere between these two above - up, rolling waves if u sit still, mind expanding.
