im definitely not a racist hempy ,
there are idiots in all races ,
i wouldnt single them out due to race at all ,
at times in my life ,, particularly as a child ,
i was the only one of my race in some places i have been ,
and places i have lived , schools i have been too etc ,
if i was a racist id have felt discomfort at the very least ,
i never did ,

i married a woman from a different race to me,
and i have friends of all races , nationalities etc ,
i have also traveled widely to many countries and been both accepted and had no uncomfortable moments ,


you are just pulling the race card because its easier to discredit someone that way and make them look bad among peers ,

Mullumbimby is a nice place too. Sub tropical paradise although the town has it's problems.

lots of oldies in the nimbin clip , die hards i guess ,
i know folks from there or who have been there during the glory years ,
they are interchangeable with a town up my way , kinda like a sister town , same people ,, hippies of those days ,
they grew the same herb also in Kuranda ...

sadly weed has not been the only substance that saw the streets of nimbin ,
i stopped going to the mardigrass when they started a doof during the mardigrass and the focus was shifting from toking weed , to other drugs which were readily being taken in public during the festivities of the mardigrass , to me that was missing the whole point of the initial celebration and making a mockery of it even ...

its no wonder police presence ended up so large ...



i did an article in international cannabis magazine on the nimbin mardigrass , i think i went one more time after that and even entered their cannabis cup , but that was the last time i bothered .

Like i posted some Sativas can have 3 sex's but the males will stay male and the females will stay female all you need to do is cull any hermies that show at sexing.


I have seen this in Colombians Thais and even in Indonesian and other sats but you wont see this in dutch hybrids.They show up in early mid or late flower in short any time after sex they are very different animals .

If your Haze hybrids started growing nanners when you harvested them abit too late, then this means the plants had hermie-traits in their genetics. [FONT=&quot]So if you'd flower Haze hybrids past their harvest window more often, then the hermie-traits could also show up more often.[/FONT]

Sam Skunkman suggests that if you want to find sexually stable plants for breeding, you should flower them way past their harvest window and as long till they start to naturally die, to see if they start showing traits of the opposite sex.


Not a sativa, but i have a Barney's CBD Critical Cure (CBD version of Critical Kush) plant that is ready for harvest around 10-11 weeks of bloom. I have taken it to 16-17 weeks few times and haven't seen a single nanner on her ever. So if your Haze hybrids can't handle few weeks of extra blooming without growing nanners, then the genetics have hermie-traits in them.

'not saying its impossible with the occasional ,

but generally the rule seems to be hermies show up any stage of flowering , and regularly , particularly in things like thai ,


i find it amazing you would agree with this unless your experience with landrace sativas is limited ,
which part are u agreeing with hazenacious ??

Going slightly off topic, sorry, but discussion is around hermies.

I grew a plant in the 80s from stuff that would just make you laugh uncontrollably for 2 hours. Strain specific, nothing else would do this and I was a constant all day heavy smoker then, so I had a healthy tolerance. Unfortunately it was a full on hermie plant. Sadly was stolen and I would walk on broken glass to have that again. Hermie or not. Back then though, buying seeded pot was more common.

I often wonder though, what might be lost when we just destroy our hermies.

Hi GoatCheese i have not read Sam say that but the haze hybrid that showed a few male flowers in very late flower was my fault.

I always harvest my plants late in flower this plant went weeks were talking well over a month possibly 6 weeks past its normal harvest time.It was in the high 30s to low 40c and was also only given water as it was being flushed for harvest.

I grew this plant for years would still be growing it if i had not lost the clone.
