Burmese Pure (sativa) X Auto Hindu Kush turns auto

So that gave me confidence and I chopped the top half off each plant. The bottoms are still quite green and need more time to finish. I may have cut too far down on the one on the right because the bottom leaves look pretty green yet. The whole idea here is to get the seeds so I am just going to let them quick dry and not try to cure them. The smoke from the calyxes will be a bit harsh but I can take it if the smoke is strong, and it seems to be just that.

Pay Attention! This could be revolutionary.

The most important part of bag appeal is the aroma. And I may have just invented the trump card.

As I was handling the Burmese Pure X Auto Hindu Kush in order to take out the seeds I smelled the sweetest smelling marijuana I have ever smelled in almost 50 years of smoking. It was not overpoweringly strong but it was right there and unbelievably sweet, sweet floral with a herbal slightly musky scent-true ambrosia.

Then I remembered where it came from. For the last two waterings I had added 80 ml of rose water to each gallon of plain water to flush and experiment to see if the essential oils would get absorbed and end up in the flowers. And it did. And any one that reads this posting and does what I did will have an advantage over every other grower. If it smells great anyone would want to smoke it.

The sweetest scent of all essential oils is Linalool and rose oil is loaded with linalool. That is why it is one of the most loved aromas.

So below you will see a photo of the Rose Water. It's what is left over from the steam extraction of rose petals to get the oils. But the water is still up to 2% essential oil blended into the water.

These waters are available in grocery stores and are used to flavour pastries and deserts in Lebanese and Greek cooking and are only a couple of dollars each. I haven't tried the Orange blossom water yet but I will.

The waters have multiple medicinal uses as well and a couple of things known about them is that they are anti insect, anti-fungal, and anti bacterial. So anyone having problems with mold could try this although I don't know if it would work.
