Buenos NEW 150w HPS Tent Grow

Today would be picture update for day 14 12/12 but my computer got the blue screen of death tonight, so hopefully I can figure that out tonight or tomorrow and get it running again. System32 file failure.
Anyway 1 of the two plants that were in the 1 liter superoots airpots, GDPCJ3, showed male sex and got chopped tonight. The other plant in 1 liter superoots, PKCJ3, I believe showed a tiny female preflower and got transplanted carefully to 1/2 gallon grow bag since there were some emptys after chopping some males down.
It appears that I think it is PLATCJ3 that showed a couple very small female preflowers and one more I think showed a tiny female preflower. There is one or two that have no signs yet and one that I am pretty sure is a male but not positive yet so its still in there for the time being.
Update with pictures and further sexing of remaining 6 plants will be done as soon as I get my desktop comp back up running. Right now I am on my laptop and its pretty bare bones as far as programs and where my logs are located.

I noticed some odd growth on the PLATCJ3 which has been identified as a female.
One branch started its first node as a normal two branch node and all the nodes after it including new growth is trifoliate, having 3 branches at each node.
One other branch has normal nodes.
And another branch has alternating nodes spiraling around the branch.
Kind of weird seeing so much variation in node growth on different branches of the same plant. Ive never seen this before. If she turns out to be good, I might try to reveg and clone off the trifoliate branch as an experiment.

Good to see you running this setup again Buenos. We are going to be blood brothers soon, lol. I am doing a 2 tent setup like this soon after my 400w run is finished. Which at the moment I am not documenting, just too damn busy and haven't had the time.
I will be using the 1 tent for flower(150w HPS), and the other tent for veg(2x55w PLL), both connected with 4" ducting and pulling through both tents with 1 fan(S&P TD-100x) and 1 filter(Phresh filter 150cfm 4"x8"), that's the plan anyways.
Can't wait to see how yours turn out here. I will document my setup when I get it going.

Sounds like a great plan. I have thought several times about getting another tent and another 150 and putting the exhaust fan and carbon filter in the middle venting both tents. Run the two tents somewhat like a flip flop but with seperate ballasts just have the one on 12 hours then the other the opposite 12 hours. I just dont think my exhaust fan is powerful enough to vent both and run a carbon filter. I would have to try it to find out for sure though.
As far as plant numbers I dont know that there is a particular number I would say is the best. I would do no less than 4 though I have done more and less. 6 is a good number, 9 I think it was wasnt bad when I ran a halfass sog from clones and a couple seeds but I wouldnt want 9 females from seed. Id say 6 females form seed especially if topped or LSTd will fill the tent well. If I had a strain I ran clones of a couple times and monocropped a tent full of 12-15 lollipopped clones it might work decent that way but Ill never do that I cant stick with the same strains too long and definitely cant monocrop, I love variety.
So I basically didnt really answer your question in my ramblings above, I guess it more depends on how big each plant is.
For sure looking forward to seeing your new plan in action, sounds awesome!
