bud found on the street

Where do I find these streets paved with buds?
The most I ever find is the odd coin and rubbish.

I get AAA for $100/oz and quads for under $200 CAD. I wouldn't say I see tumbled weed ever, but there is a pretty large amount of premature/commercial bud. That's not what I buy for 100/oz but they do sell around that price to $150/oz. It's all about who you know here. The legal weed is irradiated, overdried, overpriced, has no flavour and is often weak. Anyone serious about smoking finds a better path. Mail order sites are rampant but almost all grey market dispensaries have been shut down, and weedmaps was a guide to delivery services until a couple months ago, so now you really have to be in the know.
