"Bubba Kush"?

I was told this is Bubba Kush, but im thinking its NOT. I wanted to get some people that know whats up with the BK to give me an opinion and why its not the real deal.

Looks definitely kush-like...how's the stretch? smell? Looks slightly OG'ish to me.

notice ograskal's bubba kush has upturned leaves, this cupping is a trait of bubba kush. Yours do not portray this... I belive it to be in the kush family however.

now that i look at the two flip flops's has way to much leafage on that "Kush?". Then again I have never grown the BK out. Orgraskal are those fanleaves always purple when you run it?

...that appears to be OG Kush (abusive version)...sativa dom stretch & leaf...I would be willing to bet $ or beans on it, lol...If it gets frostier than shit, and doesn't smell or taste like a Sour D Hyb then you've got the real one (OGK)....

After seein those pics I can say I'm pretty sure it's not Bubba...looks like maybe a Pure Kush or an OG Kush...

Once again, that looks to be an OG Kush, specifically the "Abusive version"....It stretches like a mofo, is frostier than yer mom's minge biscuits, has a mild (compared to Bubba) flavor, but peels your fuckin' dome right off....

...if it is the "SFV" cut aka "Ghost" cut aka "Og'ers Kush" it is CLEARLY related to Sour Diesel in some round-about way (growth, smell/flavor)....

...The Bubba Kush & Abusive's OG Kush are certainly BOTH real deal "cali-kushes"...and if you have flowered both you'll notice some slight similarities, even though the Abusive OGK has a VERY sativa dominant growth (insanely vigorous) & the Bubba takes her sweet time to get a few leads goin'...

Here are some pics of Abusive's OGK, purple and non-purple fall foliage (gettin chillier')...take a look @ the leaf margins on Flip Flops "unknown kush" in the fan leaf in his last picture from the second set of pics...then look @ the fan of mine and tell me they're not very similar (maybe PK grows sativa dom as well, I don't know...yet )...












...now I want u guys to look @ another real Bubba & notice how squat it is, and how much more indica the fans are than an OGK....




Anyone who guessed "yes" as FF's plant being a Bubba failed hard....

exactly rom, you got it. the last pic at the bottom left the leaf is almost identical to the first in your post, and thats how you identify a kush.

The SFV and the Ghost Cut are not the same.....The sfv OGK has that Lemoney Pinesol taste and Smell that the Cali OGK is Known for...The Abusive cut has its own smell to it, But not the Piney Lemoney dank smell that the Cali OGK is known to have.....I would say that the SFV cut leans more towards being a true Cali cut than the Abusive cut......Just my 2 cents...~ograskal

Look at ograskal's last pix... they have upturned leafs too...

Flip flops could have just watered making the leafs relaxed or the lights could have just turned on and the leafs are still relaxed because of the dark period...


Has anyone else heard about upturned leafs being a charectaristic of the bubba?

There are a couple of different Bubbas Floatin around and I'm pretty sure I have the Purple Bubba....Most of the time She does get Purple or slightly Purple if you take her past 60 days...There is also a Green Pheno Bubba that i grew out a few times that is real Bomb and may be slightly More Potent than the Purple Bubba....I gave her to a freind that just loves her but i gave her up for the Prple BuBBa cuz the Purple Bubba stretches More and grows straight up which is Ideal for my style of growing and The Green Bubba Doesnt stretch that much and SHe takes up alot of space...Both are Dank as Hell....The Green Pheno Also has Slightly Wider Fan Leaves.......I dont remember if they Point Upwards or not though....The Purple Bubba and The Abusive cut have very similar bud structures but the Abusive cut stretches way More and is a Way Heavier Yeilder..~ograskal

...by "lemony pinesol" you must mean "sour diesel~ish"...because the Og'ers Kush (aka Ghost cut) CLEARLY has some Sour D in it....since Bubba is a real "cali-kush" and the abusive clone is similar to the Bubba in a few ways would it not be more of a real "cali kush" than something that CLEARLY has Sour D in it (Og'ers/Ghost Kush)? That makes perfect sense to me...even if what is and has been sold as OGK in cali has always had a Sour D~ish taste to it....

...As for the SFV cut and the Og'ers Kush/Ghost Kush being different...that would mean that 2 different people made some type of OGK x Sour D (using herm pollen or something), and have been passing it around as "cali-kush"....so even if it is being sold as OGK on the streets anyone with functioning taste buds KNOWS that the SFV/Oge'rs Kush (they are the same as far as I can see) has some Sour D in it...making it NOT as "original gangster" as Abusives OGKush which is no doubt related in some round-about way to Bubba K....

*Logically it doesn't make a bit of sense to say that something with Sour D in it is a more legitimate "cali kush" than something with no Sour D features (Abusive OGK), even if the SFV/Ghost cut has been sold as "real deal og/cali-kush" on the california streets for x # of years...

...just my rational opinion, hope no one is offended...
