Kooki...It smokes awsome...different pheno mixed in with this batch from last time. Heady can describe the report better than I can...ha. You should try LUI for your micro. it stays as short as you want it to.
Zeus ...don't be too jealous..your buds look good too man...for sure..I'm thinkin maybe your camera works just fine and the shots are blurry cause after you smoke some it seems in focus to you...lol

So, mini harvest report here......
After inhaling deeply into my curing jar of 70 day budz, these are my observations:
This is definitely a different pheno, I suspect more Ortega than Sweet tooth...no real sweet/berry/fruity smells, maybe a hint of undertones, but this weed is woody/hashy/leathery smelling, no real skunkiness like the last pheno either. Less overall smell in general. This may change over the next week or two.
The popcorn is the same, and we've been smoking it. The buzz is stronger than the last, more stony and I seem to be more lethargic when stoned. I wouldn't say couchlock (and I am a pretty strong horse) but stronger than the last. I can definite tell it saps your strength and motivation a bit, like a good indica should, but nothing you couldn't handle. I'm not danknappin', that's for sure. A noob however, watch out!
It busts up beautiful in the grinder, fluffs up large, burns pretty good (I still say you need to mega flush more than you do at the end. The ash should be a nice soft grey, not black, and the ash definitely shows there are still impurities in the pot. The recommended flush session is 4 times the volume of your container.) It rolls nice in the paper, too. Doesn't get all compressed, doesn't fall out the sides like powder, rolls nice and holds it's shape till you lick er and seal the deal..... smokes smooth (smoother than commercial), no real hacky hacky or phlegm after a joint and a sweet sweet stone that spreads the warm love across your bod and brings that stupid grin to your face.
The buzz lasts a good while, definitely not feeling like another for a few hours, and 1 modest joint does the Mrs. and me good!
Pot 2.0 - It's the latest craze! Thanks American Government Drug Propagandists for the phrase!

Thanks to you I can safely say I am smoking the best weed in these parts hands down! Even some of the homegrown here by guys with experience can't touch the quality you have achieved, with the help of the excellent IC Mag and it's wonderful community of some of the greatest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! Oh yah, the quality genetics doesn't hurt, either! Shout out to Legends, Breeder Steve and all who poured their love into the LUI! This Bud's For You!

Glad to see things are goin along smooth BG, always makin me drool buddy...I got harvest in a very short time...I may chop the Blue Mystic tonite...Im gettin antsy and her trichs are all cloudy w/ a few amber...@ day 51!!!!supposed to be a 8-9 week strain...???Later all.

dude, if they are at the end of their dark period now, cut them. Apparently the thc levels are at peak just before lights on and some people let em sit for a day or two in total darkness to up the thc.

The LUI does look like my kinda thing too, it sounds like the top44 i just did for stayin short as u want it to hehe , very good for cfl's and training even , u done a great job with it , and i think i shall make a note for future purchase of LUI

Great BG, i did alot of reading and got some good info on the LUI, its a good thing u found out about us here at icmag. Your pics look amazing, except those under the 150w (haha), but its a learning process and im sure they will be better next round!
Pete - I always let my girls get a day or two of darkness before the chop. Thats the way i learned from overgrow a few years back. But, i have heard this debated alot and many experienced growers say that there's no noticable difference, so its not worth waiting the extra day or two. So take that for what its worth.

Here's what I know....this bin is the last time I will use stacked bins with gravel. Makes it too hard to flush properly. So...that said..the flush for this tray was more of a 3 week plain H2O feeding. However I did back off of the veg/nitro nutes before I stopped all feeding.....

Hey BG, what about one bin and a waterproof tray under the bins? Maybe a draincock and hose on the tray for easy draining? Those bins have holes in the bottom already, no? If you are worried about drainage from no gravel then increase perlite ratio. Can't have too much of that.

Hey BG, sweet looking head shots. Those are nice and frosty. Do you have drain holes in those bins? I used a rubbermaid bin, drilled some holes in it and then used the lid as a catch tray. I'll be back to see some nug shots man, great job.
