Gutted JamieShoes.... Maybe you should open a shop.... Grow your own stock.
I didnt realise the limit you could buy was 5g. I was told some coffeeshops will sell you more bags i.e 6 or 7 different strains but when you weigh the lot it still only comes to 5g even though you have been charged for the full amount.
still excellent.. the Lavender at 7.25 WOULD've been a great deal
In fact I would've been making a post telling everyone in town to rush there to gt it... but not if they cant even weigh a bag properly.
sounds like maybe a nebie did the pkging ? and counted baggie weight as bud weight just a guess
I would shoot them an email nonetheless, for the small chance their scale is accidently off & they might offer you compensation on your next visit.Dear All,
I'm so sorry to have directed so many of you to this establishment. I don't know whats happened to them but I visited today and got totally ripped off..
The 5g bags that I bought only weigh 4.4g and the 2g bag I bought weighs 1.7g..
Well there is some regulation, but since this market is so grey in Holland most authorities are already happy when a shop isn't a harddrugs crime hyve. But then again im no expert on the daily life of a coffeeshop owner.A zero offset error on a digital scale is pretty common if it's used for long periods of time each day. Or if the scale is not level.
That said, having 0.6g error on a 5g bag = thieves.
Are there any legal-for-trade requirements on the scales used in retail cannabis establishments in the Netherlands?
Here in the US any product sold by weight must be measured on a calibrated scale. Inspections are conducted by state certified technicians at regular (and random) intervals.
All measurements must be traceable to national and international standards, such as NIST/BIPM.
Sounds like there is little/no regulation placed on the shops.
