Well herbilizor a grower here run's a chem4d cut that goes about 70 days and yields about 1+z's with little to no veg, you should look up one of his threads... might be an avenue to peruse... What does it look like your sour amnesia will weigh in as (individual plant) that was a pretty full long looking cola on that girl

I have some Chem4D.. and it does yield! but the buds are loose... People seem to prefer denser buds like ChemD has, I just have to hack the laterals... I'm waiting to see how USD turns out, cause she doesn't need any veg, and this pheno was a big yielder the first time I ran her. This is the Grape Skunk I'm talking about.

Strawberry Diesel x Chem bx1 (chem bx1 is (ChemD x (ChemD x Hindu kush)) or something like that... )

She's like ChemD, but easier to grow... loves Cal/Mag, heavy feeder. But I don't push my plants, I let them grow to their maximum potential... I just don't believe in sloppy force feeding. I tried that and I just got fat. When I started eating wholesome meals around the clock everything in my life improved... I gained quality size/weight, and I'm healthier overall. That's my ideology on feeding plants, same as feeding myself. Feed her around the clock, and she'll eat lots...

Why thank you! That is one HELLA deep genetic manipulation going on their.

When we get the new and improved Megayield House of Joy built (Bobblepods v2 w/ BLumat auto water's) then this should be easy to to accomplish. But getting those built is going to be difficult time wise....been home only 24 hours, phone blowing up, made more paper today than I did working for two weeks lol!

Bobble your shit it tight, your waist is narrow and your shoulders are broad..I am jealous!

hey bobble, been a while, havent been on here at all the past few weeks. got engaged and have been working every minute since. but yea this run looks like it is going to be a lot better. i just started sketching out the racks im gonna build. will be real similar to yours, but i think im gonna use plywood and line them.
anyways, im in the same boat as you. cloning totally fucked all my rotations for a while, i have been running a perpetual under two 600s for a 18 months, and finally just have gotten consistent clones to fill the room. been using perlite cloner, wick style. 100% in two weeks. i like it because i do not have to do anything, except change the water once. dont even need to have a hood on there. only issue is that the clones are all in the same been, so the roots get a little tangled sometimes. i have to see if i can find a way to use like individual 3" cells and fill them with the perlite and somehow have a mat or something wick into the bottoms. keep it green homey, your doing it right.

I've tried all sorts of cloning methods and used to. have lots of problems, now I just stick em in individual cups of coco, leave em at the edge of the veg room and within a week they root, 100%. No needs for domes, pumps heaters etc maybe water them once thats about it.

My problem is that the stems turn to mush... So they're too wet... but I use a lot of perlite? and as I recall, I used to have real good success with straight perlite... My old place the coco dried out super fast and i never had a problem with my clones. Now I feel like it's a frickin miracle if my clones take.

Adapt or Perish... I'm gonna handle it... no worries...

I have almost 100% cloning rate, cut clone @45 degree angle, Clonex dip, place in rockwool cube with properly ph'd water BAM root explosion. Oh later about 2-4 days in rockwool I also use Root Excelerator I have crazy sick roots.

Good luck brah!

I used to clone in perlite I would fill a cup with it then add some water (with bio-bizz alg-a- min in) till it was like 2cm below the bottom of the clones stem. Roots in 5 days :) Ready to go in 7... I like the ease of the stick in coco and forget about em for a week though, haven't yet tried this.... plus I don't think you need a dome this was either. Really need to try some bubble/ aero type cloning like the EZ cloner as it seems to produce good results.

My last batch of clones rooted in 4 days with the aero cloner, always 100% with the aero cloner as long as it's cleaned out before a new batch of clones is added. Just when were talking about the C4D, I've got herbs high yielding pheno, it has just rooted and I'm going to be running her straight away with about 4 weeks veg. I'll keep you's updated for sure.

LAYLOW!!!

Where the heck have you been? (foot tapping)......I was so worried.....

aero-cloned BAHHHH, never used one...never will....waste of money.....I have zero problems taking clones....now maybe this USD Will test my cloning abilities, but I have cloned about 50 strains and never used a fancy "aero-cloned".....not dissing anyone who wants to use one but IMHO I just don't think their worth the dollars.

oh and where is the bud porn?

Hey bobble, sorry to be a pest about this, but i found a pic in your old thread of the ceiling in the ol bobblepod.

So the water comes from the res, and then connects to the "T" to make a ring that you constructed out of one long piece of tubing? Did you punch a hole into the main feed ring to get those smaller (1/4in?) lines that go down the pod?

picture.php

Is there something you use to ensure no leaks @ the "Ts"?

Yes, you have everything correct... The ring is 1 long piece of tube, connected at the tee. Personally, I like to use a drill and a 1/8" drill bit to make my holes. It's overkill, but it makes a nice, clean, leak-free hole. If you try to poke a hole in the tubing, you could potentially end up with some small leaks. In that case, I would use aquarium silicon to seal the 1/4" tee's where they insert into the 1/2" feed ring.

Feel free to ask all the questions you need...

Dude, you're worse than a girlfriend! lol... LL told us he was on holidays... I would have appreciated a postcard though.

I just finished trimming... I ended up with about 2.5lbs bone dry and manicured... Not as much as I'd hoped for, but w/e... It never is. I had a bunch of sativas in there...

9oz strawDD from 3 plants
4.5oz ChemD from 1 large plant and 3 small clones..
3oz from 1 Sour Amnesia

Those were the heavy-weight contenders... and the Sour Amnesia had the least amount of veg time.

Maybe I'll take some pics after I clean up and eat... I'm beat.

Ok, so I am planning on using 1/4 inch inline on/off valves.

So I run the 1/2 inch line from the pump to a "T", where I have the feed ring set up at the top of the tent.

Then, off of the feed ring I will drill 1/8in hole into the feed ring, and insert a 1/4 inch line that will run vertically down the level of shelves.

And off of that 1/4 inch line running down the pots, I will drill 1/8 holes where I will connect the inline on/off valves...

Is that it? Do I need any kinda special connection where the hose connects to the pump?

Thanks bobble, whenever I harvest this run I'm going to smoke one in your honor, along with all the other people who have helped me. I'm truly thankful for you guys *emo post*

go to dripdepot.com, and look at the adjustable drip stakes. That's what I'm using now. Much better than the inline shutoff valves.

From the 1/2" tubing, you connect your 1/4" feed line by drilling a 1/8" hole... and from there, you make a splice in the 1/4" feed line by adding a tee at every plant site. You attach the 1/4" feed line attached to the drip stake at the 1/4" tee.

3 lights... 10+ strains... I'm not disappointed, but I had hoped for 3-4lbs, not 2-3lbs.... I think I want to build a drying room so i can control the RH% and keep it at a solid 60%. No more over-dried buds...

Anyway, it's plenty to put a smile on my face... :dance013: and keep this bobblepod yield-machine running.
