I haven't measured in a bit, around 10% right now, got some clen and t3 goin, time for to get ripped up bro! Makes my fucking hands shake like crazy though, maybe I should lower the dose!

4% is fucking low, I hope you have some nice stimulants to keep ya goin ;)

btw, how big IS your johnson? no homo.....laylow wants to know realllllllly bad

ha ha... T3 makes me hungry and hot for the most part... Clen on the other hand... I don't take more than 40-60mcg a day, and it shreds me up! I used to go up to 100mcg, and I felt as if I was going to have a heart attack. A clean diet is what's most important, not the drugs... ;)

I need to set up one of those drip systems for my veg room.

Probably going blumats for the stadium, thats a good bit of coin though.

Man I re-injured my arm at the gym this week, or rather made the existing injury much worse. Going to be a long time before I can lift again I think, really sucks. Oh well I can still Mnt. bike and swim, and do limited upper body stuff. Really wanted to start doing BJJ though.

Crazy how much I take for granted having a healthy body. Just a minor injury like this really takes the wind out of my sails. Cant imagine living with constant debilitating pain, or losing the ability of my legs or something. Knock on wood.

Take care of yourself bro. One thing I've learned, is that if you can't sustain what you're doing, you should probably stop. My joints are all sorts of achy right now, but I think it's due to reckless training and going much to hard last year. My approach to training is more controlled now. Still heavy, but it's more important to have control of the weight and not do further damage to the joints.

Collateral circulation involves you're body growing more blood vessels in an area, to allow more blood to pass through... This is something that is built up over long periods of time. So basically after learning about collateral circulation, I realized that you can do higher reps with lighter weight to get the blood into the muscle to create the collateral circulation. The more blood you can get into the muscle, the more nutrients you can get into the muscle, the bigger the muscle can get...

See where I'm going? No need to punish yourself with super heavy weight all the time. That's not a sustainable practice.

The current run of mixed strains looks GREAT! and I'll have the first pod re-loaded in another 1.5 weeks. :)

Thanks for asking.

Ok, the Grape Kush, Purple Skunk, and Sour Diesel S1's were harvested a few weeks ago. Currently, I'm flowering out over 10 different strains, but I have 3 large Straw DD in there. The veg tent is full of StrawDD clones to fill up the racks, and yeah, I'm going to use #2's. As many as I can fit in the room. At least 72. I'm going to pull 8lbs this time.

Heath told me that he topped out around 2.5gpw in the 1800w coliseum. 1800 x 2.5 = 4500/454 = 9.9lbs.

So that's my goal to beat or at least meet now.

6lbs is baby shit. :D I just had a bad run last time. Of course I'd be happy with 6, but wouldn't 10 be better? ha ha... I'm gonna do what I gotta do and make it happen. Maybe not on the second or third try even... but believe me, I'll make it happen.

Yea you are definitely speaking truth. I just hadn't been hitting the gym very much lately and tried to go do my normal weight. Plus I tend to try to power through my lifts hard, which is ok when Im in peak condition, but Im not, and my form was off. Add that to my already injured elbow and Im done for a while I think.
I always try to get a head of myself when lifting, or with everything for that matter. Need to just take it slow. Almost bit it on my mt bike today raging a downhill, lol. I dont think I will ever learn.

Man 10# with 1800watts? I thought I was killin it when I hit 5.5 off 2k. That is something to shoot for for sure.

All the power too you Bobble, I have a good feeling your going to smash the 6lb mark this time. You will be on your way to the 10lb mark! That is godly, legendary shit right there.

One question though, what happened to mono-cropping? I though that's how you were going to pull these huge numbers?

I'm hoping to hit 3-4lb per 1k in my stadiums...1.3-1.8gpw...getting c02 after this round.

3lbs per 600 is possible...

dial it!

maximum GPKWH is what it's all about....

WAY too many people just run like 10+ horizontal lights and pull 1.25-1.75lb per 1k, thinking they're maximizing their light..... fools.

makes sense for a warehouse but in a residential....everyone should be shooting for max efficiency.

Thanks for the support guys... I know some think I'm getting in ahead of myself, shooting for 10lbs... Cause I haven't even got 6lbs yet... Just know I take my mistakes, and I analyze them over and over, and implement improvements until the error can't be repeated again.

That being said... Driving down 75 on my way to Ohio today... In my new-to-me truck, I came up with an idea... b/c each plant counts toward my bottom line, I need to fit as many plants as possible in my pods. I need 100 1.6oz plants to pull 10lbs. How hard is it to grow a 1.6oz plant? right? baby-shit. :D Just gotta find a way to fit 100 side by side w/o them crowding each other out competing for light.

so that's 36 more plants... a more than 50% increase in numbers.

and now you're gonna say "but bobble, where are you gonna put 36 more plants?" and I'm gonna be like "I know, right..."

but I have a solution. :) I just need to build new racks. To be continued....

I got my 55 gallon barrels today, in northern Ohio. They were only $8 a piece. Anyone that needs 55 gallon barrels and is close to northern Ohio, send me a PM for this guy's phone#.

I have a question,, If you are using a lung room in between two flower rooms, and you are doing perpetual (plants in room A are 4 weeks ahead of plants in room B). How Would you be able to run higher humidity levels to promote stretch without affecting the plants at a different stage in the other room?
Also what about bringing down humidity levels for the last couple weeks in the pre harvest room without affecting the plants in the other room?

same applys for c02 if one wanted to implement that at some point?

Thanks in advance Bobble, or whoever has some info. Im brainstormin here for the new room.

My lung room RH% is kept down to about 45-50%. Inside the veg tent, I have a tub of water with an ultra-sonic pond fogger that generates a fog to increase the rh up to 70%. I pull the air out of the veg tent, and send it to the pod that is stretching. The pod that's in late flowering pulls dry air out of the lung room. The pods have a carbon scrubber in between them, so the exhaust is picked up right away.

CO2 isn't something I know much about. I use air exchange 2x a minute to keeps temps in check and CO2 levels constant.
