365lb squat aint no joke, LOL damn not bad. I find the training aspect of bodybuilding much more interesting than dieting or posing, but have mucho respect for greats like Arnold and Ron Coleman etc.

Yeah man I can move 405lbs, but that gets dangerous w/o a good spotter...

Diet is 80% of bodybuilding... It doesn't matter how you thrash your body if you don't have the proper nutrition... and at the same time, you have to think "do I want to be able to move 400lbs, or look like I can move 400lbs"... Personally I'd rather be cut up and look big than be bulky and fat. I'm not talking traditional power-lifter fat... I mean 15% body fat is too fat. and the posing... I hate posing. Posing is harder than lifting. You have 6 or 7 mandatory poses, and in each one you have to squeeze every muscle in your body as tight as you can. It takes a lot of concentration to control all those muscles at once... and on top of it, you haven't had shit for carbs in months and you're dehydrated so you can get that really peeled look....

There is nothing healthy about bodybuilding. IDK what my deal is, but I have to take everything to an extreme. I wouldn't say I'm addictive, but I display addictive traits... Or that's what I had a psychological profile tell me when I got in trouble once. I can't just grow a few plants, I have to build a couple 64 plant coliseums... I can't just lift to be fit, I have to compete. And I'm still not dropping out of school. (for MIway :D) Gotta get that MSN or DN.

lol... I squat ass to heels pretty much. No half squats here friend... ;)

I went through a phase where I wanted to do a combat sport... I was just angry I think... Anyway, I decided I was too pretty and didn't wanna mess up my face. I went with bodybuilding instead. lol

Not that I'm saying you have a f-ed up face... :blowbubbles:

touche'!

I got bit by the bodybuilding bug at 16, but its not as useful nor as awesome as learning hand-to-hand combat techniques imho.

My face is too pretty, I need to get it messed up a little to blend in with all you clowns, wealth thru stealth remember! :blowbubbles:

On another note, S.W.I.M. is tempted to lease/rent a house with a falseID so one can just "walk away" when/if they see the house getting raided via tree mounted hidden surveillance camera's.. thoughts?

Sorry to see your results were not what you were expecting on the last run...
What have you got planned for the pod u just harvested? Will you be running a single strain in it this time... How long do you anticipate vegging for/ to what height? Will u use any training on em??

Yeah, like I said, try hand watering 200+ plants on a daily basis. It gets old fast. I'm a one man band... I don't have time for that shit. This isn't my only job.

Been there, lol! Not fun.... especially when running coco :joint: Also done a soil run using a pump and watering wand which tbf was fairly stress free... Hope u don't mind the pic. Will delete if so :)

I'm starting to get back to the gym, I tore my quad muscles badly. They grew back wrong and now I have a lump on the top of my thigh the size of half a tennis ball, just like what happens when a super cropped plant heals itself. My only option is surgery and I aint got the cash for that :sigh: I'll have to build as much mass on my thighs as possible, wish me luck.

you should check out Brazilian JuJitsu (BJJ), incredibly effective and your face wont get messed up. although it is known to be addictive so with your personality i would be careful. whitebelt here but i've been rolling a lot lately and love seeing the look on somebody's face who is 50+ pounds of muscle heavier when they get choked to the point of near unconsciousness.

plus with your 400lb+ squat you would probably be the strongest guy on the mat most of the time

Ive been meaning to start training BJJ, but Im kind of weary cause I hurt my elbow doing Muay Thai(in Thailand!). I can push with it no problem, but cant handle a lot pressure when bending twords my body. Like when coming down with the bar when bench pressing, or going down on a push up/dip.
Do you think this will cause any problems doing BJJ? Ive been slacking on the gym and need to get some sort of routine going again. There is a really great BJJ studio not too far away.

BJJ should help, its a low impact sport! Just dont be stubborn and not tap when someone gets you on an armbar!

I've been training for over 6 years :)

Jiujitsu is not only a great sport, but will teach you a lot about life, treating others with respect and it will eventually make you a better person if you stick to it!

... did I mention rolling while blazed is perfect? :)

in which might help your progress or slow it down, since jiu jitsu its all about leverage and proper technique... stronger people have the advantage to muscle thru the moves and not pay attention to the main principles and techniques. :)

just walk in there and expect to get your ass tapped 5 times in a minute by a skinny 150lb dude in the 1st few months, but if you stick to it, thats when things get interesting and fun!

Good luck, i recommend anyone to start traning in BJJ!

ahhhh bjj is the shit. first time my skinny, long-limbed ass actually worked in my favor. motherfuckers dont think much of my 5'9" 140 lb frame until i take their back, get the hooks in and say nighty nighty with the rear naked choke. ahhhhh i love brazilian jiujitsu.

Thought I'd add my :2cents: here.. Been training TKD/Western kickboxing for 4 years now. It's a real shame when you've been in real-live "fight shape," .. Mostly because once you get OUT of that shape/conditioning, .. You know what a bitch it is to get back. :D

But, yes, there's something very gratifying about punching a guy right in his gut and watching him go down, or kicking him in the head, .. (Knowing you can take a punch is good too!) Something empowering about all of that..

For the past 3 years, I've been telling myself I'm going to go train some BJJ, .. But that's as far as I've gotten on that front. :)

About a week after I started kickboxing, I began regretting the fact that I didn't wrestle in high school.. (Didn't do much in HS, aside from smoking herb) :dunno:

Martial arts & combat sports FTW

 No shit. I could use a little motivation to get in shape but choking someone seems a little extreme. I'll stick to the pool. :underwater:

Nah - all in the name of sport, not aggression or anger. :)

Really, you gain an entirely new appreciation for someone after you've traded hard shots for a few rounds, full-tilt, .. My first reaction is to always hug the guy, thank him, and tell him he's a tough sumbitch.
