How dare you talk down to me like that!

Just buy stuff huh? I understand using cash from grows to pay for almost everything, but...

How does one explain to the IRS how they bought a $20,000 truck? or a $100,000 dollar house? Sure I work a good job, but don't they cross reference bank accounts with purchases made or some b.s..?

Or am I being too cautious, hmm..

I was sleeping in the wealth through stealth classes, must have smoked some schnazzleberry b4hand.

Ill get the income flowing, you'll see, you'll all see!!

Gun store first ;) no one is taking me alive.

Maybe use a fake id to rent with, or hire a mexicant to take the fall in which case they just get deported. (there's plenty of em willing to take a shot at making big $$ cuz if shit gets hott they just get sent home)

Lord protect me, cuz I know I ain't livin' right.

lol... the vert forum attracts some sick and twisted mofos... I like your attitude.

You're thinking too much. People only know what you tell them. The same goes with the government. They're just a bunch of bozos like you and me trying to make a buck. The government gets most of their tax revenue from corporations. Those are the "people" (a corporation is legally a person) they are paying closer attention to... and even those fuckers get away with shit. This whole recession we're in... Do you think if the government had a clue wtf was going on, that they would have continued to let those banks make all those sub-prime loans? If Berney Madoff can get away with a $50 billion dollar ponzie scheme... You can hide $200k in revenue... ok?

The house... Didn't you say you had to come up with money to make a deposit on a rent-to-own? Good plan, but obviously you don't have the $100k to put down on a house. No need to explain anything....

Keep a regular job. I work 2 days a week... That's my legitimate cash, that goes straight to the bank. It makes me a tax paying citizen. Everything else I do stays off the books. Money orders are accepted everywhere for paying bills. Trust me, electricity isn't cheap. Lowe's and Home Depot take cash, and you'll be there a lot... the hydro store loves cash, and you'll be there a lot as well.

You don't buy a $20k dollar truck. WTF are you thinking? You could buy a house with that kind of money in today's economy. You're gonna drive up your $20k truck to the house that you're still making payments on? We're building a real estate empire, not trying to look hood-fab and pimpin our rides.

Just pay your bills, and act like a normal guy, and nobody will know any different. Invest wisely. A $10k truck will do just fine, and you'll have $10k extra to remodel the house. When you're done remodeling the house after a year or so, sell the bitch.

When you've already bought a house, and you're ready to start buying more, then yeah, open up your LLC and have at it... But it's gonna take some time to get that far.

You've got some crazy ideas bro... ha ha... Guns and drugs don't mix imo... I will not die for a plant. I know how to grow more. You can't take that away from me.

I'm pullin for you man... Get some cash together and take the leap if you're ready... but my bills aren't cheap, and they come quick every month.

I was lookin @ your quotes LL and LMAO mix them up and you get Talk is cheap, houses Stealth your chickens till your eggs hatch....

Hey Bobble,

I got your Sour Bubble (mocha pheno) x Grape Skunk seeds off the 'Bay. I was wondering if you could take a look and confirm my pheno suspicions?

The SB x GS #2 looks like it could be a 'kush' type of plant. Or SB dominant? It's totally dusted in sugary crystals.

picture.php

SB x GS #1's bud is definitely different in structure than #1. Its a bit looser and pinecone shaped, grape skunk leaning?

Thanks for sharing the genetics man!

It's from Reservation Labs... I support several breeders. :)

Yep, just like you were thinking... the first is SB leaning, and the second looks more GS. I just finished up a few of these, as did ambertrich. Sorry I didn't post many pictures, but that grow was small and got moved around a lot.

I found that many phenos had a sour lime smell to them, and fewer took on the skunk aroma. The skunk is still in the smoke though. SB brought potency to the table, while the GS added to the yeild. A win-win situation. :)

Thank you for sharing your pics.

Prove it?

I haven't told anyone, but I'm back to contest prep... So my food isn't nearly as good as it was before I was on a contest diet. Last night I had 2 tilapia fillets pan fried in olive oil and red wine, with 1 cup of broccoli... lol

I suppose you want the pictures to prove it? The food is gonna have to do, cause I'm not putting up my mostly naked pics of me in posing trunks flexing...

thank you once again sir BH, yes, I am a sick twisted mofo with nothing to lose and the world to gain.

Correct, I certainly don't have 100k floating around, however, I can put a nice down payment on a house. Its the relatively spotty employment history and mediocre credit score that will inhibit me from scoring a 1-200k$ home loan. (economic crisis n credit freeze doesn't help either)

Will probably just rent for a year or do the lease to own, put 3-10k down on it, blow it up like DHF suggests, invest in the property like you both suggest, and then buy/pay it off within ~ a year if possible.

Then its on to the next one Jay-z style, collect the rent, do 4-10 houses like that and retire in 5-10 years!

Maybe I shall join "the family" for protection and reliable distribution infrastructure, but I'd rather not have to off random people for said benefits.

As far as the truck goes, I was considering a lease, or financing a 10k truck, (was just making an ex. with the 20k ;)

Nice grape diesel, glad to see it, n I'm pullin for ya as well in my non-mj friendly area :tiphat:

Thank you I appreciate that :noway:.....if I put up picks of myself well..let's say it wouldn't be good....:dance013:

I might pick up some of that Grape Diesel when things get a bit better financially as Reservation is HUGELY expensive genetics. And I just dropped some coin on some fine HOL and Abusive x OG genetics.

Great job Bobble.

Well I'm not sure about the naked pics, but I'd love a bit more info on your ventilation system and use of a 'lung room' :D

On page 5, post 70, you talk about the negative pressure. So the negative pressure is inside the grow area where the pod is located right? So that means that you're sucking air out of the grow room and exhausting it into the 'lung room'. You talk about the Homebox XXL, and I think I'm getting confused as to what that actually is... :dunno:

You have a picture of the exhaust fan blowing right behind the scrubber. So is that air coming from the grow room and being dumped into the lung room where the scrubber is?. . .then is the scrubbed air being pumped back into the grow room via an active intake after being scrubbed?

From what I've read, I understand that the lung room usually contains all your equipment that conditions the air before it is put back into the grow room. This equipment would be stuff like air conditioner, humidifier/dehumidifier, and maybe the carbon filter. Although I was thinking that the scrubber could be located inside the grow room and then exhausted into the lung room to give you the negative pressure.

Sorry man if that sounds confusing, but I'm just trying to wrap my head around how the air moves around your few rooms that you have there.

I watched a video online (youtube) from an advanced nutrients guy that was talking about setting up a 'lung room'. What struck me as odd is that he created positive pressure in his grow tent. He had a scrubber in his lung room, and he scrubbed the air and pushed it into his grow room thereby creating the positive pressure.

Just in case you wanted to check out the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6qvHNL6Nzg

He talks about it starting at the 1:00 mark, but he runs down the setup starting at about 3:20 or so.

I've always had negative pressure for any room I've ever had, so when this guy talks about the lung room and positive pressure in the grow room it got me confused.

I'd love if you, DHF or any other person that knows a lot about 'lung rooms' to comment on this. I certainly don't want to hijack your thread or anything, so if you think I should start a thread in growroom design I'd definitely do that and link you to it so you or DHF could answer there.

Again man, thanks so much for your help, this is a great thread with tons of knowledge, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you're going to come up with next! :lurk:

I'm happy to help... The grow rooms are all located inside the lung room. Anything that generates heat, other than the lamps, is contained in the lung room, or outside it, as well as pretty much everything but the plants. My rooms only have the racks with pots, lamps, a cooling radiator, and some fans on the radiator.

If you have negative pressure in the lung room, then you can have the opposite, positive pressure, in the grow rooms. You can push all the air in if you want... as long as you have a scrubber in the lung room. Personally I think it makes more sense to pump air in and pump and equal amount of air out.

What I'm doing... I've made some changes since the posts you mentioned. I have a 6" 434cfm fan blowing air into the lung room, as well as 2 central air a/c vents. There's a 4" 170cfm fan exhausting my hoods in the veg tent out the dryer vent. The 6" intake fan for the pod that's in stretch, weeks 1-4, exhausts my veg tent, the homebox XXL. I keep my veg tent at 70% RH, so that brings the humidity up to 70% in the pod. The intake for the other pod that is, or will be, in late flower, draws air at <50% RH from the lung room. This keeps the RH% in the pod down so there isn't any mold... Both pods have 6" exhausts blowing out right behind my 8" 745cfm fan/scrubber combo. The exhaust gets blown up into the attic. Fresh air comes into the basement from the stairs pretty much... I have the fan for the central air running 24/7 to exchange the air in the basement with the house.

In the future, when I'm looking for houses, I'll look for a crawl space to use for intake/exhaust... DHF had told me about it, but I didn't think much of it... but now I understand better why it's important... in the 90F summer heat.

And this is for my homiez... Same meal as last night... 2 tilapia fillets pan fried in olive oil and a little red wine, w/ broccoli... and some zucchini and green beans from the garden.

that meal looks really good but way too healthy.

out of curiousity if you are doing bodybuilding, what are your lifts like?

i dont lift aesthetically but have developed decently since starting doing heavy compound lifts and martial arts

btw i didnt know your pods was in a basement, that probably helps with the heat..

It's not about how much weight you can move, it's about training your muscles...

That being said, I don't lift for max weight. I can work with 365lbs for reps for squats and deads, and 185-225lbs for reps for bench press. I'll be transitioning to lighter weight and higher reps after a couple weeks, cause I won't have a lot of cushion left in my joints as I get ripped up... I'm natural, so I don't have any super impressive lifts... but I'm bigger than you. lol
