Scrog. They make life a little easier in my opinion, also get a bigger yield from my experience so far.

If you are using PLL lights that hang down into the cab then you could make it taller.

Do you mean the bulb hung vertically?

I always follow your grows, more for the excellent documentation then the fact its a lil' box or its SOG or SCROG...

But this has me quite intrigued...and paying close attention.

Even tho I call this my scrog cab, I haven't been using the screen lately and won't be using it on this round.

I really like training the plants more than using a screen in this cab. Scrog works but is such a pita to trim. I think I end up with more lower larf doing a scrog since it creates a solid canopy that doesn't allow the light to penetrate to the lowers like training does.

Sometimes I will but I usually try to grow the plants up toward the lights then train them down into an even canopy.
