The cuts I have going : a haze, 2 different blueberries, 4 different blue dreams plus a cut from the retarded F1. I want pollen and seeds for my blue dream project. I also want to improve my cloning skills. I have made and used clones several times but I need to knock down my mortality rate.

I am using rapid rooter plugs for some and pearlite cups for others. I have managed to kill 2 just by banging into them with the lid. Good times. I’ve done some in clonex gel and some in Hormex powder.

DNA genetics BD at 8 weeks flower. Probably 2 weeks to go. The buds are nice size and dense. A stem rub is rotten and garlic. The buds smell floral and citrus.

This is seed started Dutch Passion Blueberry. It’s already hard to like. Wide internodes and not many of them. Stretchy. I’ve grown these twice before and I hadn’t seen this pheno. The others were more filled in, more branches and not as wispy as this one. They do grow big. I have some cuts going and may end up pitching this one and go with a clone. I’ll top it and decide later. I have some weird leaf curl I haven’t figure out yet.

On the opposite side is the Barneys Farm Blueberry OG. Completely different look.

These two look a lot alike. The nearone is Blimburn BD, which I really like, the one behind it is Lady Bug blue dream. They look interchangeable.

Lots of extra cuts since my cloning ability is dodgy. These are a mix of 10 days to 2 days old.

This is a Blimburn Future 1. It stubbornly wants to grow into a small super dense bush. This is 6-7 weeks veg. To kick it in the ass I trimmed and thinned, tied every branch back I could and pony tailed it for a couple days using a bag to try and get some stretch going. Shock and awe.

3 days later it shows some accelerated growth. Maybe. At this point it’s turned into a science experiment. It’s pretty determined to stay short. It might be a better SCROG plant. The stretch on the one I’ve grown before was barely a double.

Interesting way to train it with the bag.
Seems to work and makes sense when I think about it 👍🏼
Less stress for the plants than twisting, bending or topping.

Thanks for sharing!
