Thanks guys. Yeah Neptune, hit me up when you get up and running again. It's currently day 57 and they're starting to come down. I was planning on letting them ride a little longer but they're looking just prime since they've been getting flushed. I'll probably do about 6-7 a day until it's all wrapped up. The blockhead smells pretty much like skittles when you rub against it. Very sweet smell. A mix of skittles is my best description for it.

I have a newly acquired pack of Blockhead. I have to wait til fall to run my next variety of seeds.

Been pretty busy today. Took down another 8 blockhead. I just can't stop taking pics of her.
Gangsta Lean- pop them beans. I run them around 1.4 EC1260ppms i think. I usually water with flora nova then water with molasses and maxicrop mix 2x. So feed, water, water, feed,etc... At about the 5th week I started to use kabloom for about 10 days then started to flush. Hope this helps.
Northern Farmer- I can't wait to see how the blockhead throws down in one of those stadium setups you've got going on. I'm sure you'll be happy and so will everyone else.
More blockhead pics before the axe: day 58. The colors have really come out since they've been getting flushed.

The friends have been feeling a little neglected with all of the attention the blockheads been getting. That's my fault though. I'm not even sure if I showed the couple of og bx. I popped 4, got 2 fem, 1 male. The 2 are very similar in smell, very strong lemony something. I've never grown any diesels/chems/og's or anything so maybe this is a little of what the fuely smell is. Whatever it is it's POTENT smelling. The only difference in appearance is that one has a little bit rounder nugs and the other are a little more spear shaped. They're at day 46 today.

As requested Nept. Some pics of the purps. Taken down on day 55. Definitely should have let her go longer. It's all good because I've got about 12 clones getting ready for the next run so I'll let some go to the max. Got a little over 3.5 oz so not bad. Here you go.
Very nice work krome. All your buds look excellent, I am especially interested in the Blockhead as I have recently acquired BH stock. I would love to see some dried bud shots and a smoke report when they are ready. That 'triangle' looks crazy too. I am no expert on the Cali clones by any means, but the look of the buds reminds me of OG kush.
Regarding the Blockhead, can you tell us the origin of the particular pheno(s) you are working with? Are they cuts from a mother you selected, or a friend? If so, how many seed plants was the mother selected from, and were there any other phenotypes worth mentioning?

Ezra- thank you as well. I am always happy to hear when someone has recently acquired BH to work with. She's a real worker in the garden. I've got some hanging and will definitely get some dried shots along with a smoke report ASAP. The triangle is definitely my favorite in my garden and has been for years. I am no where near Cali so I highly doubt it having any OG in it. I do have a couple of OG bx going that I'm really excited about though. Maybe one day I'll get my hands on some of the official OG. As far as the blockhead goes, it's kind of a funny story how I got her. A friend was given a shitload of beans by another friend. My friend popped 5 beans of what he swore to be skunk #1. So, after growing out the five, 1 stood out from the rest. Some things happened and I got a hold of the original mom. I grew her out and was thoroughly impressed with her. Around this time (probably 1.5 yrs ago or so) I found a few canna sites and began exploring. I remember being with my friend when we broke out the stash of beans that were given to him and they were in a blockhead pack. There were a couple of bags with various beans in there, and there were some which were just loose in the blockhead pack. I asked him which ones he started and he kept on insisting it was skunk #1. Well, after doing a bit of research I realized that it was definitely not skunk, but BH. My pics were almost identical to many of the BH I'd seen on many sites. So, finally I realized what I had and have been growing her since. I honestly thought it was skunk for about a half a year or so. Either way, I cannot recall what the other phenos were that came out of the other beans. This one is simply fruity candy, like skittles to me. She is very dominant in the single cola formation. This go around I topped many plants very early in veg. resulting in multi-top plants. As long as there is a branch, this BH will give you a cola. Many of my plants really look like 2 in 1. Well Ez, I did a little smoke test just for you this morning, just so I could get a fresh description and not one from memory. I smoked a joint this morning of some blockhead that I pulled early (day 50). This is how it went: took a couple puffs and begin to feel the high come over me fairly quickly. I keep smoking on the joint just vibing to some music. After a few more puffs my mind begins to wander off thinking about what needs to be done for the day. I feel very up and ready to take on the days chores. I've got a pretty good buzz going about me and I still have 1/2 a joint left. I figure I'll just save that for later and go about my day. It's been about 3.5 hours later and I'm still feeling good, no burnout or anything. I think I'm gonna be good to make through the last few hours of work without another toke. I've got some more BH that haven't been taken down yet that I'm planning on maxing out to around the 70 day mark. I can honestly remember having some really paranoid thoughts when being out in public stoned off of some BH that had gone the distance. I'll keep you posted once those are done and I can do a little smoke report.

that purps looking epic man... very stoked too see that it turns deep purple, and not just the tops. The Granddaddy/Erkle/Pkush all purple accodring to light intensity. If they get light, they will turn... but lower nugs remain green.
