He has nothing to lose by trying to pardon himself. He doesn't care about his legacy..He only cares if he can keep his ass out of jail.

Pardoning himself for a crime he has not yet been charged with, tax fraud, They should thank him for the confession and then throw his ass in the klink on 1-21-21.

Even if he does pardon himself, it only protects him from federal law. It does not apply to state level prosecution.

Hope ya know the GOP meet in a hotel for this. Since these losers can't win in a court room they pick a hotel room instead. Hope Giuliani had a good stay at a Holiday Inn the night before so he can be a real lawyer this round. This is informal and carry's no legislative weight.
