How Does a Candidate Contest an Election?
Contrary to what many believe, election results won't be final on the night of the election. The votes need to be canvased and certified before the candidate is named president. This process may take a while, especially if a substantial number of Americans vote by mail.
Article II of the Constitution gives states the power to administer elections. Thus, a candidate must first try to contest an election's results by following the specific state's laws and procedures.

One thing I wonder is if the democrats rigged the election, wouldn’t they also rig the house and senate? Should be a clean sweep, not dropping seats and losing chambers. I don’t know. I’m finding it hard to follow. At least what would be encouraging is the widespread cross party teamwork and support needed to pull it off. How would they all know each other were involved in order to collaborate together? Secret handshake? I don’t know. Hope it ends well, for as many as it can end well for, and quickly.. That said, Trump has filed how many lawsuits so far? Like thirty five? And how many has he won? Like zero. With that no talent fruitcake legal team he's got? Twenty grand a day Rudy? "Chavez has fixed the vote?" Rudy proclaims, You gonna go with that? Good Luck, no court in the land is gonna take you guys seriously.
And while your at it, you overlooked one small detail, the Supreme Court doesn't have jurisdiction here. That's not the way it works. The State of Georgia Supreme court does, eventually, but that is assuming you win at the lower levels... something Trump has yet to do. No, he can file, but it's gonna take time and a few lower court rulings to get you where the judge says the voters do not count.
There's the leap. A court has to tell the voters "Fuck You, The winner is who I say it is!" That is something no court is gonna do especially since you don't have any evidence of a fraud. All you guys have is some flimsy affidavit, signed out by a nutjob or two who only sees what they want to see.
And what about you George? When do you call it quits? You seem not to care unless your boy wins. That's kinda dangerous George, after all you guys used to be all wrapped up in that thing you used to call the Rule of Law. But now not so much, now it's Might makes Right. Looks like we don't need to vote anymore, you can just tell us who will rule over us. That would work just fine for you guys, right?
That's the thing with elections. There are winners and losers. But the whole thing depends on the people. If the people don't choose you then you have another chance four years down the road. If you lose and then burn everything down there is nothing left for anybody. The system is only as good as it's weakest part, and beyond that lies anarchy.
In order for you to get your wish it would take the military to step in. A plain old coup. Luckily this is America, where come January 20th the power leaves Trump, and there is nothing he can do to stop it. Military won't step in, and the courts won't either. All of this is a sideshow so Trump can continue to make money off of his dead end supporters. Come January 21st things are gonna take a nasty turn for Trump, his privilege ends and he's fair game for the courts. Whatever will he do?

What you don’t seem to understand is with Biden saying he is going to lockdown and order nationwide mask mandates... the choice became for a lot of people:

Nixon's VP Agnew was looking at jail time until he was pardoned. we really need to put some high govt officials in general lock-up for a few years & put the fear of jail in ALL politicians minds... folks in favor of pardons always say "it's for the good of the country"...i say "the country needs to see that Justice truly IS blind, and even the rich/powerful go to jail."
