ummm.isn't roberts the chief justice? why would alito be calling cases? and why is there nothing about this on any of the dozen sites i looked at?

I believe this is about the state supreme court circumventing state legislator's power to change election laws on late ballot arrivals...a clear violation of constitutional law and why alito prescribed to keep late ballots seperate.....if he finds the state sumpreme court erred....he could remedy by nullifying all late ballots...as he warned them before the election ...he may be pissed off for not listening to him or he could rule the election hopelessly unrepairable...and throw it to the legislators to send their own electrate choices....my guess is he will have the whole court decide...but they can only determine if the laws of the constitution were strictly adhered to....in this case they were definately not and a remedy could go anywhere...because Roberts pussied out before the election...

I don't trust the Epoch Times, based mostly on their obnoxious Youtube advertising.
I've been suggesting since the day of the election, let it move to the Supreme Court so they can give Trump an answer he probably won't want.
Of course I would love to see his most recent SC nominee, the lady who does the chin-ups, tell him to stop acting like a child, in some way. Embarrass Trump and shut him up.
Can't wait to see Trump's tweets about the Corrupt Supreme Court, after they rule against him.
I think it's fair compensation for the G7 & G20 world leaders. They've had to restrain their laughter in some situations, and put up with Trump's Bullshit for 4 long years.
My guess is, they talk on the phone regularly and when they need comic relief, they talk about Trump and the US.

Actually, there are 4 candidates for the Georgia Senate seats. Both Loeffler (R) and Perdue (R) have to face run-off challengers from the Democratic party as they were so bad that they couldn't win their seats out-right.
Both are involved in insider trading investigations.
The debate tonight was between Loeffler and Warnock.
Perdue refused to debate Jon Ossoff.

Perdue got his ass kicked in the previous debate and won by a narrow margin. A no show at this debate shows a big sense of entitlement and should be reflected in the upcoming vote.

It's not. It's really only 1. Loeffler has a better chance however slim it is. Perdue refused to debate because of his crimes, Loffler did the same shit. At least she debated. Perdue got chewed up in their 1st debate. Loeffler kept calling the rev an extremist liberal socialist lol. If these 2 dummies are the best the GOP has to offer for the Georgia people there in serious trouble. I have faith they will do the same to them as they did to Trump.
