If you're talking about QAnon, it looks like a website started by an enterprising web designer.
Who may or may not have been paid to develop such a website.
The Pedophilia part of it obviously has roots in reality, BUT that doesn't mean QAnon's version is accurate.
There are a few professional alternate reality game designers who are saying the q thing is almost identical to a live action role play game.
Nothing about the q bullshit is accurate, and I hope I didn’t suggest that- it’s a game funded by politics, and the people who listen are the characters.

The problem with a lot of websites these days is that you can't see the primary message or content creation code
BECAUSE THERE'S SO MUCH FVCKING ADVERTISING CODE.
If you do a View Source on Facebook or most sites, you get the MASSIVE MASSIVE wall of text.
Qanon has interesting code, it's only about 2 pages and it's sort of modular.
